Permit—
Annual Fee $250.00
♦ Entitles a professional photographer to use
Woodward Park for an unlimited number of
outside photo shoots within park curfew
limitations.
♦ Entitles photographer and client to use the Tulsa
Garden Center building as a dressing facility
once each month by reservation only—during
business hours (Tues-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm) at no
charge ($25 value). If the reservation includes
advance reservation for inside photos, the fee is
$50 for 1 hour of photo time inside.
♦ Also includes photographing in all other Tulsa
City Parks. (Reservations not required.)

specific day only within park curfew limitations.

Conservatory and Sunken Garden
Park Security personnel patrol
Woodward Park on a regular basis to
check for permits.

Proceeds from the Woodward Photography Permit
fees are returned to Woodward Park in the form of
repairs and improvements.
Inside Building Photo Shoots—
$75.00 per hour
♦ Entitles a professional photographer and client to
use Tulsa Garden Center building or Tulsa
Historical Society building for inside photo shoot
by advance reservation only—during business
hours (Tues-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm. )
Woodward Park is open to the public
7 days per week – 5:00am – 11:00pm.
The park gates are locked at 11:00pm.

Management reserves the right to assign
alternate locations based on projected
attendance, other events scheduled, and to
protect the turf and other
plant material.
♦ Fee includes use of changing facilities inside
the building.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Tulsa Garden Center and Tulsa Historical
Society buildings are closed to the public every
SUNDAY & MONDAY.
Thank you for choosing a Tulsa Park for your
commercial and professional photography!
Posed photography sessions are NOT permitted
within the Linnaeus Teaching Garden area &
Barn.
Woodward Park, and all other City of Tulsa
Parks, are operated and maintained by
the City of Tulsa.
Tulsa Garden Center issues Photography
Permits for Woodward Park. The permit is also
valid for any other City of Tulsa Park.
Dressing facilities in Tulsa Garden Center and Tulsa
Historical Society are NOT provided without advance
reservation (Tues—Friday 9:00am-4:00pm). Use of
dressing facility is $25 fee.
Photographers and clients are asked to respect the
trees, flowers and garden beds, fountains and pools,
statuary and structures within the park and at the
Garden Center and Historical Society.

5. take photos that are used for commercial
advertising, marketing, or publication.
Scheduled events in Woodward Park,
Tulsa Garden Center, Linnaeus Garden, and
Tulsa Historical Society, and private rental events at these
locations take precedence over all other
photo shoots.
