Smoke generation through friction
The prarticularly mild smoking smoke is
generated with friction of a wood scantling
on a rotating stainless steel friction wheel.
The contact of the wood on the wheel and
the kind of wood are decisive for the smoke
concentration. Like this the KERRES –
friction system makes a precise gradation
of the smoke flavour and the smoke
intensity.
