Olson – Nicole started her training in ballet and classical jazz at Milwaukee Ballet School. After graduating with a BFA in Dance from Univ. of WI-­‐ Stevens Point, she continued performing for Kirby Reed (Chicago), Bauer Contemporary Ballet (Milwaukee), and Emergence Dance Theatre (Chicago). Nicole has performed in Arizona with the Phoenix Opera, Movement Source Dance Co., Dulce Dance, Nearly Naked Theatre, Center Dance Ensemble, and Scorpius Dance Theatre. Currently, she is the Associate Director/Principal Dancer of Scorpius Dance Theatre, and performs nationally and internationally with the company. Ms. Olson has presented her choreography in such venues as the Kennedy Center (DC), TBA/Ten Tiny Dances Festival (Portland, OR), MixMatch Festival (Los Angeles), Harvest Chicago Contemporary Dance Festival (Chicago), Dance in the Desert Festival (Las Vegas), Sling Dance Project (Austin), Scottsdale Center for the Arts (Scottsdale), and Herberger Theatre (Phoenix). She has received an Arizoni Award in Choreography for Nearly Naked Theatre's "The Who's Tommy" and a nominations for East Valley Children's Theatre's “The Wiz” and Nearly Naked Theatre’s “Evil Dead, The Musical”. Nicole continues her choreography for children’s and professional venues throughout the Phoenix area. Currently, she is choreographing for Desert Stages’ “Hair” and will be choreographing “Heathers, the Musical” for Stay Cat Theatre in the fall. Along with her choreography and performance work, she is Director of Dance at the Metropolitan Arts Institute in Phoenix, and teaches summer intensives and workshops nationally. Scott Bodily – Scott Bodily has a diverse background as a professional dancer, singer, choreographer and performer. He received a vocal scholarship to Utah State University and studied Opera, Musical Theater, Classical Ballet and received a BS in Psychology. He obtained a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from Sam Houston State University. He has since performed several leading roles in Equity productions and Broadway Touring productions, leading luxury cruise lines Crystal Cruises and Princess Cruises as well as his own song and dance show Reminisce. Scott has performed with Opera Companies (Houston Grand Opera, Omaha Opera and Utah Festival Opera) and has danced with professional Ballet and Modern Dance Companies (including Dayton Ballet, Indianapolis Ballet Theater, Dance Kaleidoscope and Pennsylvania Ballet). He has performed works of Doug Verone, Christian Holder, Septime Webre, Judith Fugate, Steven Mills, Mark Morris, Jeffery Hughes, James Clouser, David Hochoy, Dermot Burke, Brenda Daniels, Pat Graney and many others. His choreography ranges from Musical Theater, Classical Ballet, Contemporary and Modern and has been performed by professional companies including CDE, Dayton Ballet II, Colleges and Universities, pre-­‐professional dance companies, and private studios. His choreographic work has been seen at American Voices, Kick-­‐A, and has appeared in Dance in the Desert Festival in Las Vegas and Harvest Chicago Festival. Scott is a former soloist for CDE (Center Dance Ensemble) the Resident Modern Dance Company of the Herberger Theater in Phoenix. He teaches company class for CDE, company member of Elevate DanceWorks, he is adjunct faculty at Mesa Community College, Scottsdale Community College and is the Assistant Artistic Director for Arizona Youth Ballet. Action shot courtesy of Ron Brewer Photography. Stacy Joy Keller – (Artistic Advisor, ballet) began her ballet training at the Classical Ballet Center of Tampa with Haydee Gutierrez. Prior to joining The Joffrey Ballet, Ms. Keller was a member of the Sarasota Ballet where she performed in roles including the Sugar Plum Fairy, the title role in Cinderella, Swan Lake (Pas de Trois), Balanchine’s Apollo (Calliope), and Giselle (Peasant Pas de deux). As a member of The Joffrey Ballet, she has enjoyed performing in many ballets including Clara in The Nutcracker, Chorito in Joffrey’s Pas Des Déesses, the fast pas de deux in Arpino’s Suite Saint Saëns, the Debutante in Offenbach in the Underworld and the American Girl in Parade. Her other repertoire includes Liang’s Age of Innocence, Birthday Variations, The Clowns, Wheeldon’s Carousel, Paul Taylor’s Cloven Kingdom, Confetti, Italian Suite, L’Apres Midi D’Un Faune, Laurencia Pas d’Action, Les Noces, Les Présages, Miracle Interrupted, Montones I, N.Y. Export: Opus Jazz!, Petrouchka, Pretty Ballet, Reflections, Sacre du Printemps, Square Dance, Tensile Involvement, Viva Vivaldi and A Wedding Bouquet. Ms. Keller also appeared in Robert Altman’s 2003 film The Company. She also had the privilege of dancing the Sugar Plum Fairy in Dancenter North’s 25th Anniversary performance of The Magic of the Nutcracker. Ms. Keller has instructed and choreographed for Chicago National Association of Dance Masters, the Strobel Outreach Program of The Joffrey Ballet and various studios throughout Illinois. She began teaching, choreographing, and directing at Dancenter North in 2011 and is excited to take on the new role of Artistic Advisor. Kyle Davis – (Kyle Davis appears through courtesy of Pacific Northwest Ballet.) Kyle Davis is from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He trained at Makaroff School of Ballet and on scholarship at Rock School for Dance Education and North Carolina School of the Arts, and attended summer courses on scholarship at Milwaukee Ballet School, the School of American Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. He has also studied with Ethan Stiefel and Warren Conover. In 2008, Mr. Davis won the Prix de Lausanne competition in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also won various awards in the Youth American Grand Prix Regional and Finals in 2005 and 2006. He was a 2007-­‐
2008 recipient of the Elizabeth Harriet Weaver Memorial Scholarship and the Martha and Spencer Love Foundation Scholarship for Excellence in the Arts at the North Carolina School of the Arts.
