Casa Blanca hotel will have 5 bedrooms and 3 suites available for rent. This will provide
those extra visitors with a convenient and luxurious place to stay while exploring Santa
Marianita and the surrounding areas. Our patio offers unobstructed ocean views from
multiple angles.
Our roof top restaurant is scheduled to open in the fall of 2012.
Relaxing on our rooftop you can enjoy not only excellent local
and Canadian food, but also our breathtaking rooftop ocean view.

The region
Although Santa Marianita is a small fishing village it is also world renowned for Kite
surfing. May, June and July is the perfect weather for kite surfing in Santa Marianita.
Kite surfers come from all over the world to kite surf, even as far as Germany. Why
do they come? Because it is one of the best kite surfing landscapes in the world.
Whale watching season is typically from June to October and spectacular watching
is indeed available.
What about November, December, January….EH!? Canadians and other Northerners arrive in
Ecuador to escape the cold winter months. Casa Blanca complex is located approximately 15
minutes south of Manta via the Routa Del Sol in the village of Santa Marianita.
While Manta has a more active night life and restaurants and is easily accessed,
Santa Marianita has much more relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy watching the fishermen bring in
their catch in the morning. Enjoy an afternoon, stroll and visit one of the many little resto
shacks along the beach. Experience kite surfing or just watch the amazing kite surfers perform
their magic.

Activities / village info
In Ecuador you can have the best of all worlds. When you need to relax
and enjoy an evening at a slower pace Santa Marianita is certainly a place
to enjoy beauty and socializing with friends and neighbours.
If you want more nightlife action, Manta is just a short 15 minutes away. Restaurants, casinos
and nightlife activities can be found in Manta.
Kite surfing season hosts many kite surfers to Santa Marianita and this activity is spectacular to
watch.
Carnaval is an event that brings many visitors to the coastline to socialize, celebrate
and perform many traditional celebrations.
Local vendors set up temporary shop and the atmosphere is very pleasant, friendly
and celebratory in nature.
