Garden Tricycle Planter
This version of Tricycle Planter could be a beautiful decoration for your garden or room –
especially if you put some flowerpots in the wooden box. Your garden will not only draw
attention to all your guests and neighbors, but it will also be a great peaceful object to look at and
rest your mind.
Make the parts by following the given documentation and weld them together. Grind the
welded beads to look smooth. Paint the whole structure with the basic preserving color and when
it dries out, daub it two times with color for metal. The recommended color is black, because
black color gives the impression of a wrought iron to the whole structure and it adjusts well to
almost any exterior or interior. You can use many kinds of wood for making this project.
The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in millimeters and
inches (in brackets). This website is based on ISO measurement unit system, which is the
international standard. I apologize to the people who use other measurement units; but I believe
that measurements given in millimeters and inches should be adequate for everyone who would
like to build this project.
Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the parts together
with accuracy.

Assemblage Instructions
1. Form the back wheel by welding the Small Whell (part 2), Short Spoke (part 9) and Wheel Bearing
(part 3) together.
You will need two of these subassemblies.

Weld the L Profile 30 x 20 x 3mm (parts 12) and L Profile 30 x 20 x 3mm (parts 13) together, but
first chamfer the edges that needs to be weld.
3. Weld the Small Wheel Axle (parts 11) to the assembly made in the previous step.

4. Pull the subassembly made in the previous step through the holes on subassemblies made in step 1
and weld the Wheel Axle Cover (Parts 10).

5. Form the front wheel by welding the Big Whell (part 1), Long Spoke (part 4) and Wheel Bearing
(part 3) together.

6. Pull the Big Wheel Axle (part 5) through the hole on subassembly made in the previous step and
weld the Front Wheel Frame (part 6).

7. Weld the Wheel Axle Cover (Parts 10) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

8. Weld the Front Frame (Part 7) and Handlebars (part 8) to the subassembly made in the previous step.
9. Weld the Frame (part 14) to the assembly made in step 4.

10. Weld the subassembly made in the previous step onto the subassembly made in step 8.

11. Weld the Seat Frame (Part 15) and Seat (part 16) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

12. Join the Board (parts 17), Side Board (parts 18) and Bottom Lath (parts 19) with glue. Then put up
the subassembly into the woodworking vise until the glue dry out.
13. Put the wooden box made in the previous step onto subassembly made in step 11.
