COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS WARRANTY:
Muscle D Fitness warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, this product will be repaired or replaced, at Muscle Dynamics’ op on, at no charge under the following condi ons.
MOVING PARTS: Pulleys, bushings, ball bearings are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
CABLES & UPHOLSTERY: 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. Old part must be submi ed back to Muscle Dynamics at buyer’s expense for CABL
freight. FRAMES & WELDS: 10 YEARS from the date of purchase.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment or failures that result from misuse, abuse, modifica on, or improper assembly of the product. All freight damage must be noted on delivery. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to file a mely claim with the delivering carrier as all shipments are FOB the facili es of Muscle D Fitness in Paramount and Long Beach, CA.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the user. Muscle D Fitness shall not be liable for any incidental or consequen al damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product(s). Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of a par cular purpose on this product is limited in dura on to the dura on of this warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limita on or incidental or consequen al damages, or allow limita ons of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limita ons or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which very from state to state.

A er payment is received and a shipping date is agreed upon, any shipment delayed by the buyer will be subject to storage charges of 10% per week a er 2 weeks have passed beyond the scheduled shipping date.
