The experimental bench for testing manifold and integrated systems are able to
run tests on groups of manifold valves
assembled manually operated witnessed.
The system is capable of achieving a
maximum pressure of 350 bar.
The access to the test area is regulated
by a microswitch that allows access to
the compartment only in conditions of
safety for the operator.
The bench has an architecture which is formed by:

Pulpit control of the bench: in the pulpit were placed on the PC for the management / control of the bench, the hand control for electric drives used in the testing phase.

Test space for manifold: in the test chamber manifold the operator performs the steps of
connection / disconnection of piping and electrical connections. The compartment is equipped with a rotary table and a frontal protection, connected to a safety microswitch.

The front panel houses the hydraulic motors (protected by Lexan) for the simulation, together with the cylinders, of the various application it is intended for the testing group.

Test system: on the right and left sides, are positioned to view (protected by Lexan), the stems
of the cylinders matched to the test system of
the bench, manual adjustments of the loads applied to the cylinders, and potentiometers of proportional valves slaved .

The automation of the cycle is guaranteed by the PLC and industrial PC integrated into the
structure. The software allows a variety of test configurations, displaying the performance of
the test both graphically and numerically.

A particular aspect is the management of the
testing sequence that occurs in wizard mode to
assist the operator with the automatic control to
achieve the set parameters.
Macros are also available for the automatic management of some phases of testing.
The configuration parameters can be set at will
by changing the sequences, the equipment available, etc. in order to guarantee maximum flexibility in testing fully satisfying the specific needs
of each customer
On a specific panel gauges are available which ensure the control of the
pressure transducers and the attacks of the various utilities available.
