Registration Information
A Typical Day’s Itinerary
1. Mail in the registration form to our
address below. We will send you a
confirmation letter within three weeks of
receiving your registration and deposit.

2:30 - 5:00 pm
2. A $100.00 deposit is due with your
registration along with a postdated cheque
for July 1, 2006 for the balance. After July
1, 2006 you must pay in full.
3. If a player is unable to attend for
medical reasons, all money deposited will
be credited towards future camp tuition. A
written report from a Doctor must be
provided to qualify for the credit.
4. Pembroke Lumber Kings Hockey School
reserves the right to assign players to the
group that is most appropriate to their skill
level.
THE PARTICIPANT AND PLAYERS ACKNOWLEDGE AND
AGREE THAT PEMBROKE LUMBER KINGS HOCKEY
SCHOOLS OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR INSTRUCTORS
WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT,
DAMAGE, INJURY OR LOSS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND
RELEASES ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTIES
FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM ANY INCIDENT.
