DOWNERS GROVE JUNIOR SABRES
FALL 2016 3-ON-3 CROSS
ICE HOCKEY
Sundays, October 30th - December 18th
8 weeks, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
AGE GROUPS:
• Group 1 – Ages 4-6:Please note players must be in a Level 2 Beginner Class to be eligible.
Please contact Coach Woody if you have any questions. This group may also
combine to 4-on-4 if there are enough registered players. Limited to the
first 20 players to register.
• Group 2 – Ages 7-9:Limited to the first 18 players to register.
• Group 3 – Ages 10 & up:Limited to the first 18 players to register.
COACHING:
All coaching will be overseen by Jon Woodring. We are looking for 2 volunteer skating coaches per team.
Please let us know if you are interested in coaching when registering your player.
GAME TIME:
Week #1 will consist of player evaluations and creating evenly matched teams. Pending evaluation time
frame, we will try to start games week 1. Winning is not the objective here. We are looking for each player
to get as many “puck touches” as possible and become an all around better
young hockey player.
COST:
Per player is $179 and includes jersey.

All classes will be guided by USA Hockey
certified and Sabre Hockey coaches.
