In 2010 HEARTLAND USA® celebrates our 12th Anniversary! As we continue our dedication to innovation, quality and design, we are also committed to providing our customers with the best possible
product options for their H-D® Softail®.
HEARTLAND USA® is proud to introduce new products for 2010, including our “Rock On” program, targeted for the H-D® RockerTM model. We have produced a sleek line of front and rear axle covers,
innovative license plate options, clean front fenders, passenger seat options, and a complete side bag system.
Going retro in 2010, HEARTLAND USA® is introducing our “Early 200 Tire Conversion Systems” designed for older H-D® Softail® models.
This year also brought about an unprecedented move – HEARTLAND USA® established an alliance with the internationally known – Performance Machine. HEARTLAND USA's® reputation for high quality
innovative designs and PM’s cutting edge technology was a perfect match. HEARTLAND USA's® Conversion Systems and accessories, when coupled with PM’s top-line wheels, brakes and controls, result
in a total transformation of your factory H-D® Softail® into a full-blown custom bike.

E-Z R Conversion System
Fits Softail® RockerTM and RockerTM C models 2008 to present. Four 11" wide fenders to choose from; fenders are pre-drilled and shipped unpainted (raw steel). Solo Seat covered in Leather with Vinyl side bands is included with this conversion. Struts are slotted and pinned for
application of our second seats and are available in two finishes.
R - BOBBER Conversion System
Fits Softail® RockerTM and RockerTM C models 2008 to present. Two choices of leather spring solo seat to choose from; fender are shipped unpainted (raw steel). Pan cover is shipped unpainted (raw with gel coat). Plate holder, plate light and Billet Tear accessories come finished
in your choice of Chrome, Gloss Black, Black Wrinkle, or Satin Gray.
E-Z 200 Conversion System
Fits Softail® FXST models 2006 to 2007 (9.5" Fender) and Softail® FXST models 2008 to present (9" Fender). Three fenders to choose from; fenders are pre-drilled and shipped unpainted (raw steel). Solo Seat covered in Leather with Vinyl side bands and is included with this
conversion. Struts are slotted and pinned for application of our second seats. Frame Horns do not have to be removed.

180 Conversion System
Fits Softail® models 1986 to 2005 and 2006 to 2007 with a 130-150mm factory tire. Three 8.5" fenders to choose from; fenders are not pre-drilled and are shipped unpainted (raw steel). There are multiple seats available for this conversion. Please see price sheet for details.
Frame Horns must be removed. Horn cut template is provided. For 1986 to 1999 Softail® models the belt and pulley have to be changed to 3/4" to run 180mm tire, the belt and pulley on 2000 to present Softail® models do not have to be modified.
Early 200 Conversion System
Fits Softail® EVO FXST/FLST models 1986 to 1999 and Softail® Twin Cam FXST/FLST models 2000 to 2005 and 2006 to 2007 with 130-150mm tires. Three 9" fenders to choose from; fenders are pre-drilled and shipped unpainted (raw steel). Frame Horns must be removed.
Horn cut template is provided. Solo Seat covered in Leather with Vinyl side bands is included with this conversion. Struts are slotted and pinned for application of our second seats. For 1986 to 1999 Softail® models the belt and pulley have to be changed to 3/4" to run 200mm
tire, the belt and pulley on 2000 to present Softail® models do not have to be modified unless running Metzeler or Dunlop tires (must upgrade to 20mm belt and pulley). Avon 200 tires are recommended.
Two-Five-O Conversion System
Fits EVO Softail® models 1986 to 1999, 5 speed Twin Cam models 2000 to 2006, 6 speed Twin Cam models 2007, and Softail® models 2008 to present. Four 11" wide fenders to choose from; fender is not pre-drilled and is shipped unpainted (raw steel). Swing Arm is also shipped

Heartland USA’s® Side Mounted Plate Holders are CNC machined from Billet Aluminum and finished in Chrome, Gloss Black or Black Wrinkle and well as Gloss Black or Black
Wrinkle with a Chrome Frame and Satin Gray or Satin Gray with a Chrome Frame. They are designed to mount to the passenger foot peg in conjunction with stock factory
or other aftermarket pegs. Each side mount has been designed with our unique folding mechanism. Fold it in when the bike is parked or trailered, and fold it back out for the
road. Very Tricky. Our tail light versions come with a seamlessly incorporated bright cateye LED under a prismatic lens for Run and Stop light functions. All hardware is included.

Orders are taken either by phone or e-mail. All payments are with credit card and shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise stated.

Back orders
Every effort is made to keep all items in stock at all times. Occasionally certain products may be back ordered. Heartland USA® will call when the item becomes in stock to confirm it is still required before shipping.
Terms
Retail orders will only be taken if paid for by credit card. Dealers will pay for orders by their agreed upon terms.
Freight
All orders will be shipped via UPS. Certain conditions require other shipping carriers to be utilized.
Returned checks and refused shipments
All returned checks and refused shipments will result in a $25.00 processing charge.
Returns
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required. Please call to request the RMA. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason
will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving stock.
Limited Warranty
Chrome Plating:
If after initial inspection a flaw is discovered in the chrome, do not install. Please contact us for a RMA and we will replace the item(s) at no charge. If chrome fails after installation during our one
(1) year warranty period, items will be re-chromed at our expense and then returned.
Improper Care or Misuse: Heartland USA® shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified, improperly installed or misused.
