The medicinal value of cannabis has a long history appearing in Indian and Chinese medical

Rick Scarpello – Founding partner and operator of Medically
Correct LLC, Rick Scarpello is a serial entrepreneur full of
game changing ideas. Born and raised in a small town in
Iowa, Rick later moved to Denver, Colorado after grade
school to make a name for himself…he did.
Scarpello’s innovative thinking and inquisitive mind drove him
to develop several businesses. In addition to Medically
Correct, LLC, he is also the founding partner of Alien Farms
LLC, specializing in gluten-free sprouted grains and Alien
Grains LLC, a gluten free beer company.
Earlier in his career, Scarpello crafted the recipe for Flourish Gluten-Free Bread later partnering with Udi’s,
the number one gluten-free product in its category. Rick’s leadership moved Il Fornaio Bakeries into the
frozen par-baked bread category, increasing the opportunity for expansion. It all was kick started with forging
a relationship with Italco Foods in Denver. His original and creative ideas have pushed companies to
success.
Bob Eschino – Founding partner and an expert in the
packaging industry, Bob and Rick merged together to start
Medically Correct LLC. Bob has lived in Colorado most of his
life and fully immersed himself in the culture.
Graduating from Colorado State University with a double major
in business, Bob went on to work in the packaging industry. One
of his first jobs while attending school was as a Sushi Chef,

Joshua Fink – Partner and Executive Chef
Joshua Fink’s undying passion to create food started at the
tender age of three. Fascinated by French fries and with
grandma’s help, Fink realizing his childhood favorite could be
created at home. Since then, the seed was planted with a desire
to learn how to make a long list of dishes.
Fink describes his love for cooking as one connected to the
importance and diverse symbolism of food. Food sustains us on
multiple levels, nourishing our bodies and nurturing our souls.
Food heals our illnesses and adds energy to our day. It serves as a way to break bread and build families,
communities, and develop legacies or traditions. Sharing meals add comfort, love, and simplicity in forging
bonds and creating healthy experiences.
This unwavering connection to food, creation, and sweets led Joshua to become a pastry chef. Training in
Culinary Arts at the Art Institute International in Denver, Colorado, Joshua was finally able to put his life
love to the test. Like a sponge cake, he soaked up all the information he could to excel in his field.
Throughout his rewarding pursuit, Fink has overseen the production of diverse products and quantities.
He’s been responsible for the desserts of several fine dinning restaurants throughout the central Front
Range over the past decade. Fink even had the opportunity to work with the likes of renowned chefs
Ginger Bittner-Reynolds, Sky Goble, Anthony Hessel, and James Mazzio.
With over 15 years of experience in Food Service, Joshua Fink comes to Medically Correct, LLC with the
same passion and love for food that he had as an adolescent. His thirst for knowledge and desire to
enlighten others fuels his urgency to advocate for cannabis use to relieve chronic pain. Joshua Fink’s

Yvonne essentially runs the company from the front
desk! Ms. Pena has an administrative background
having worked for major companies like Udi’s Bakery
and Comfort Dental. She has been with us since the
beginning and in an integral part of the team. Since
coming to work with incredibles, Yvonne says, “This is
my happy place!” She is also a great mother of two
amazing boys.
Tom considers himself a professional connoisseur,
growing up with asthma and allergies he directly
benefits from the healing qualities of cannabis. Tom
is very knowledgeable, traveling extensively to
further understand the benefits of marijuana plants.

family, playing golf, skiing, hiking, and to fly fish in the
Colorado mountains.
Shannon Boyles - Marketing
Shannon's been in the media, marketing and sales industries
for nearly twenty years. She has found her niche as a
strategist when it comes to project management, generating
