Our fundraising Expo will again be held at the “Lancaster County Convention

Center conveniently adjoins the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square where everything
is under one roof for your ease and enjoyment.
The Expo will kick off on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 12 Noon
And run through Sunday afternoon, February 21, 2016.
With the availability of two large adjoining Exhibit Halls, we are able to
accommodate a large number of exhibitors and vendors, and still have space for our
Live Auctions, Silent Auctions, Merchandise, Meals and Socializing…all in one area.
To view a photo gallery of the Exhibit Halls and other accommodations at the
Convention Center, please visit www.lancasterconventioncenter.com. We are
confident you will like what you see and will decide to join us!
To reserve a booth, please send your completed 2016 Exhibitor Booth Registration
& Contract Agreement along with a 50% deposit. Full payment must be received
prior to January 2, 2016.
It is with your generous donations that we are able to continue to fund those
projects that enhance our wild sheep populations, promote professional wildlife
management and educate the public and youth on the conservation benefits of
hunting. We encourage you to consider offering a full or partial donation toward
one of our Live Online Auctions. Please complete the appropriate Donor
Form and send along with your logo and at least one picture of the
donation that we can use to promote your item. Be sure to ask about our
