INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing our RAZZI by A.A.C. Ground Effects Package. If you have any
installation questions about your Ground Effects package, please call
RAZZI by A.A.C.
(800) 235-6087
PLEASE REVIEW THESE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE
YOU BEGIN INSTALLING YOUR GROUND EFFECTS PACKAGE.
NOTE: Please read the attached “INSTALLATION TIPS” that describe additional recommended adhesives (beside the tube of polyurethane and the two-sided tape that has already
been attached at the factory and is included with your package).
Installation Note: As a rust preventative, be sure to place a small “dab” of the polyurethane adhesive provided with your
package into any hole drilled thru body sheet metal prior to attaching a screw.
IMPORTANT: Use a good AUTOMOTIVE GREASE AND WAX CLEANER to clean your
vehicle in all areas where our RAZZI by A.A.C. Ground Effects parts are to be attached.
RAZZI by A.A.C recommends that you “scuff” the areas of your vehicle where the Ground
Effects parts are going to be attached with a “Scotch Brite pad and the automotive grease
and wax cleaner”. Many new vehicles are delivered with a coating/wax on the vehicle that
includes teflon products. These wax/teflon products will prevent adhesion of your RAZZI
Ground Effects parts and MUST be cleaned off the vehicle before your RAZZI by A.A.C
Ground Effects packages is installed.

Exhaust Tips The 4” exhaust tip installed on the V8 / SS
Camaro’s by the OEM, at the factory, is
new to production built cars in the United
States. While we continue to search, we
have not found an aftermarket tip that
“perfectly” extends this large tip by simply
tightening 3 adjuster screws.
However, several of the Professional
Installers who regularly install RAZZI by
AAC Ground Effects products have used
our polished stainless steel tips and have
shared their “work arounds” to make their
best choice of tips work with the OEM
exhaust...
One Installer suggested that the 3 each 1/2”
long bolts that come installed in the
aftermarket tips be replaced with longer
bolts available at any hardware store. The
replacements should be metric—
M6x1.0x40 bolt.
Another Installer suggested “moving” each
of the “factory mounting” slots and bolt
holes towards the exit end of the
aftermarket exhaust tip by 2”. He drilled
and tapped the holes and used a grinder to
easily “cut” the slots.
Installation Tips:
Where contrasting body colors show thru the
RAZZI Ground Effects design holes, use a can
of black “Undercoating Paint” to make the factory colors blend into the design.
When small “gaps” can be seen, use some 80
grit sandpaper to back-sand the small point that
holds the Ground Effects part off the vehicle.
In a tag area, screws can sometimes be used to
hold the Rear Air Dam tighter up to the vehicle
without holding the tag off the car in the tag
indention.
Enjoy the Ride!!!
