Construction Report Bethel Park Pool Replacement Shiel Sexton Job #3720 Week ending June 11, 2010 Progress Summary On Track: Phase 2: New Pool to open on August 1 Construction Summary Special points of interest: Pool edges prepared for tile Pump house masonry nearly complete Site compacted and at finish grade The past week proved challenging as the rain made it difficult to compact soil, but we completed our finish grading and are ready to begin deck concrete next week. The pump house will be ready for roof framing on June 14. Pool tile continued, and the edges around the pool are nearly complete being prepared and leveled for the edge tile. Completed Underground MEP’s and the Slab on grade at the Pump House. Continue Masonry Walls at the Pump House Start Roof Framing at the Pump House Start Pool Piping at the Surge Tank Continue Site Grading and Layout the Trench Drains Install Storm Pipe for the Trench Drains Completed all underground Pool Plumbing. Completed all Pool Pipe Testing & Inspections. Completed all Pool and Plumbing Backfills. Install the underground Water Lines around the Pools All Storm and Sanitary Man Holes have been installed. Install underground Electrical around the Pools The Pool Filter has been set in the Pump House.
