Let's start with ephedrine's basic mechanism of action. Ephedrine is a
sympathomimetic, which means it acts to increase sympathetic activity. Why is
this important? Because there is a drop in sympathetic activity when you cut
calories. When you get a drop in sympathetic activity you get a decrease in
metabolic rate and lower rates of lipolysis (fat mobilization). This can play a
significant role in why you plateau on long-term diets. The use of ephedrine and

I added so that all the “Fat Burners” didn’t have to thermogenics. I wanted to add
something that people wanting to avoid stimulants could take, and I think this is the best
one out there!
Zero-Stim is a weight loss supplement that, like its name promises, contains zero
stimulants. It is formally known as Venom Special Tactic and is produced by ALR
Industries. The product is marketed towards weight loss product consumers tired of
getting “jitters” and “jiggles” all day from supplements containing stimulants like
caffeine and guarana. Zero-Stim is formulated to protect muscle, stop fat from being
stored, suppresses the appetite and promotes thyroid health.
The first and most active ingredient listed on Zero-Stims website is Theobroma Cacao
Concentrate. There have been numerous studies suggesting this ingredient can help

In closing
Please remember this is just my opinion and that fat burners should
ALWAYS be used with proper Nutrition & Training programs. They
work, but they don’t work miracles!
