You can redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any
Standard hotel or Point Stretcher® reward. Simply follow one
of the options below.
With Points & Miles® available at Hilton,® Conrad,® Doubletree,®
Online:
1. Click on the “Reservations” link at hiltonhhonors.com.
2. Begin your reward availability search by area, Hilton Family hotel brand, date,
or Reward Code.
3. Upon completing your reward reservation, the points will automatically be
deducted from your account and you will receive both a reservation
confirmation number and reward confirmation ID, which must be presented
to the hotel at check-in.
By Phone:
1. Call 1-800-HHONORS or your local Hilton Reservations Worldwide office and
tell the reservations agent that you will be using HHonors points to book your
reservation. Provide the agent with the Reward Code listed on the appropriate
reward chart.
2. Upon completing your reward reservation, contact the HHonors Customer Service
Center by phone, e-mail, or fax (see p. 38) to redeem your points for the reward.
Provide your HHonors account number and PIN when requesting a reward.
3. You will receive both a reservation confirmation number and reward confirmation
