EVENT INFORMATION AND SERVICES
Our staff is dedicated to working with you, as a team, toward the complete success of your event. Our staff is available to
answer any questions you many have regarding any of our services or the information below.
Banquet Service Terms
All reservations and agreements are made upon, and are subject to the guidelines of Emerald Grande Catering, and the
following conditions:
Tax
All Federal, State and Municipal taxes which may be imposed or applicable to this agreement and to the services
rendered by Emerald Grande are to be paid separately by the customer in addition to the prices herein agreed upon.
Fees
There is a 22% charge and a 6% sales tax added to all charges. The 22% service charge is taxable. All prices are quoted per
person unless otherwise indicated. Bar prices are per drink unless otherwise indicated. For proper service, we staff 1 bar /
100 guests. Each bar will incur a $100 bartender fee. Cash Bars will incur a $100/ hour cashier fee. If cash bar sales
exceed $750, then the cashier fee is waived. To ensure food quality, Buffet pricing is based on 90 minutes or less. Additional charges may incur for extending hours of service. A $100.00 service charge will apply to all buffets of less than 50
guests. Cooking stations and Carving Stations are subject to a $100.00 Chef’s Fee per Station.
Attendance Guarantee
All food and beverage must be provided by LEGENDARY. The guaranteed number of guests for all functions must be
submitted to LEGEDNDAY by 12:00 p.m. (noon), twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of the function (the “Cut-Off
Date”). If the guaranteed number of guests is not received by the Cut-Off Date, LEGENDARY will use the “expected”
number of guests last submitted by the CUSTOMER as the correct number. The number becomes the minimum number
of guests used in calculating food preparation. Should the number of guests in attendance of the event exceed the
guarantee; the customer will be charged for the actual number of guests. On plated food and beverage functions,
LEGENDARYwillsetseatingforuptofivepercent(5%)overtheguaranteednumberforallgroupevents.Foodwillbe
preparedforfive(5%)overtheguarantee.
Prices
The prices herein are subject to increase in the event costs of food, beverages, or other costs of operations increase at
the time of the function. Customer grants the right to Emerald Grande to increase such prices or to make reasonable
substitutions on the menu with prior written notice to the customer, providing however, customer shall have the
right to terminate this agreement within fourteen (14) days after such written notice from Emerald Grande Catering
has been sent.

EVENT INFORMATION AND SERVICES
Deposits
A deposit equal to the total of your facility fees is required in order to guarantee the reservation. Deposits will be
processed at date of submission. All deposits will be applied to the balance of the event. Deposits can be made in the
form of check, credit card or money order made payable to East Pass Investors LLC. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Billing
100% payment for every event is due twenty-one (21) days prior to the day of the event. No exceptions. In the event
therepresentativecannotbefound;thecreditcardonfilewillbebilled.Billingforservicessecuredfromanoutside
contractor, on the client’s behalf, may be billed directly to your account. All outside services billed through
Emerald Grande will be subject to a twenty-two percent (22%) handling charge.
Weather Guideline for Outdoor Functions
Emerald Grande will decide by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior for breakfast functions and 9:00 a.m. on the day of your
function for luncheon functions. For evening functions, Emerald Grande will decide by 1:00 p.m. on the day of your
function whether the function will be held inside or outside. Should there be a report of 60% or more chance of
precipitation in the area, the scheduled function will take place in the designated back-up location. Temperatures below
60 degrees and/or wind gusts in excess of 20 mph shall also be cause to hold the function indoors. In all cases, Emerald
Grande reserves the right to make the FINAL decision if lightning storms or severe weather conditions are expected in
the vicinity that may endanger the safety of guests.
Noise Ordinance
All music and/or excessive noise, disruptive to any other Resort guest or function, must end by 10:00 p.m.
Security
Legendary is not responsible for any meeting or personal items left in function rooms or public areas in or around the
Meeting Rooms. This includes personal items, displays, display items or other materials. Security services are available
through your Director of Catering.
General
Any function will be terminated immediately upon the discovery of any illegal substance brought to the premises by a client or guest of a client. No persons under the age of 21 years of age shall be allowed to consume
alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to suspend beverage service if deemed necessary to protect the premises, the guests of the client or the staff.
We do not charge a security deposit, however, if any item of significant value, (over $25.00) is damaged or
missing the client will be responsible for the cost to replace such items. The client understands and agrees to
pay for any damage incurred to any of the furniture, fixtures or equipment in any venue, if the client or guests of
the client caused any damage. Damages must be paid within 10 days.
