Learn how to assay, cupel, melt and smelt your precious
metals in a microwave oven at home. Any 600 to 900
watt kitchen microwave will do to illustrate melting and
casting metals in a microwave. The gold process takes
three to four iterations. The melting is impressive and
one can see that the temperatures to get the gold processing going is easily achievable.
For years, black sands were considered useless since the
metal content was unobtainable. Microwave processing
unlocks the sands metal content... even in the home environment. We will demonstrate each process and reveal

The first working prototype was developed long before
the technical analysis was attempted. Plasma research is
a fairly new field of acceptable science. The technology
used in the GEET Fuel Processor is a combination of the
most basic scientific principles, most of which falls within
the normal rules and of thermodynamics. But some of
the 70 simultaneous phenomenon are not found in those
books, since it is the combination of events, which is the
body of this discovery. Put quite simply, the exhaust heat
is transferred to the incoming fuel vapor, which must be
maintained in a vacuum, and the overall configuration
provides a molecular breakdown within the vacuum of
all of the heavier elements. Therefore, intensifying the
vacuum, the speed of molecular breakdown or reaction
is magnified, and less heat is required.

Telomeres
Norman Shealy, MD Our bodies are made up of chromosomes––structures that are essentially
long strands of DNA. Chromosomes
are responsible for the way we look and
all of the processes occurring within
the human body. There is a protective
wrapper at each end of chromosomes
called Telomeres which prevents from
getting damaged. Think of a Telomere
as the plastic bit at the end of a shoelace that stops your shoelace from
fraying. In the same way a Telomere
protects the end of the chromosome to
protect it from damage.
Our cells divide all the time, and every time our cells divide the Telomore
gets shorter and some genetic information maybe lost. Telomeres shrink
an average of 1% each year of life. Recent scientific discoveries have shown
that Telomore health and specifically
their length could hold the key to aging, because scientists have found that
chromosomes may stop duplicating if
the Telomore becomes too short.
Daily exposure of humans to a Tesla
generated field that produces human
DNA resonant frequency of 54 to
78 GHz at 75 decibels for 30 to 60
minutes daily leads to 5.6% REGENERATION of telomeres in one year..
In a study, 27 of 34 subjects have had

In 1976, Paul Schmidt postulated that
the organs of human beings and animals can be activated and stimulated
by specific immanent frequency spectra. In accordance with Schmidt’s
principles, Rayonex developed a line
of products to analyze and harmonize
the body’s metabolic systems as well
as to assist in minimizing the influence
of toxic environments including thosecaused by electromagnetic pollution or
geological disturbance zones.
For years, Rayonex has performed
numerous studies and monitored application to determine the efficacy of their
medical devices. The placebo effect
(therapeutic success based on imagi-
nation), could not be fully excluded
in their studies. This shortcoming facilitated the search for a scientifically
based method of proving the efficacy
of the bioresonance devices produced.
Recently, the prestigious Frauhofer Institute in Germany developed a method
by which cell complexes can systematically be damaged. If a defined degree
of damage exists in a cell complex, it
can be assessed whether and to what
degree a therapeutic approach is effective. This method alleviates the afore
mentioned placebo effect.
Utilizing this new methodology, a
study of the Rayonex analysis and harmonization system was conducted.
As a result, the acceptance of bioresonance according to Paul Scmiudt
achieved a major milestone.

This presentation is a primer on the
operating principles of a form of
“gyrokinetic” engine. During the presentation, the parts involved will be
displayed and discussed. A lab test
fixture that will demonstrate the power
source will be assembled, fueled and
operated.
During the process, a hermetically
sealed telescoping gas chamber is
filled with a relatively inexpensive,
abundant, and harmless charge of inert gases. These gases are subjected to
controlled electronic pulses radiation
effects, and varying magnetic fields
to create a powerful expansion. Removal and reversal of the fields causes
a contraction leaving the gases ready to
cycle again. During this portion of the
cycle, electrons are released in sufficient quantity to provide for the power
requirements of the opposing cylinder.
Proof will be presented that the cycle
is not thermodynamic and seems to
violate these laws. Discussion will be
opened regarding where this cyclic
energy release is coming from. The
gyrokinetic process has its basis in
the Papp engines operated in the early
eighties. Two such engines were designed and built by Tom and Robert
Rohner for Papp. Unfortunately, Papp
died without revealing the process.
Gyrokinetics is a powerful tool that
has been used for many applications in
both fusion and astrophysics. As certain
aspects of the processes involved have
yet to be identified, “gyrokinetic” may
not prove to be the final descriptor.
With Minimal Environmental Impact;
a unique ion-valve has been designed
and constructed by this widely recognized radiant energy researcher. The
ion valve provides a dam to the ionic
surging of the atmosphere of our planet. If an oscillating tank circuit is used
in conjunction with this valve, and it
has the correct impedance, reactance
and inductance, it will absorb the energy which can be transformed into
useful electrical power. The tank oscillations are kept alive by establishing
resonance with the surging throughout
the Universe. Therefore, energy is not
drawn from the transformer that powers the tank circuit.
In the case of the radiant energy receiver, it becomes possible to draw
energy into a properly designed elec-

constructed electrical plasma tubes
(ion valves). The implication of this
energy source is mind boggling. A
properly constructed receiver will harness electrical power from the energy
of the Sun, the Cosmic Rays and from
the natural background radiation of the
planet. It is a glorified radiant energy
receiver, and one that is designed to
receive and convert the oscillations
of the Universe which is being generated. The device locks onto the very
wheelwork of nature. When properly
constructed it should last for many
years with very little maintenance, no
more than is required for a good radio
receiver.
Cavitating Electrolyzers:
The Key to “Over Unity”

Cavitating the water in Brown’s gas
electrolyzers can yield energy gains as
well as element transmutation. LeClair
has produced abundant transmutation
on rolled up, aluminum veneer (with
many decorative holes) by subjecting
it to cavitating water. When a cavitation bubble collapses near the edge of a
hole, it takes a toroidal form and emits
a powerful reentrant jet through the
toroid’s hole. The tip of the jet exhibits
a plasmoid shock front akin to Shoulders’ exotic vacuum object (EVO),
which coheres and traps zero-point
energy. When the jet strikes a metallic surface, it manifests new elements
just like Shoulders’ EVO strikes and
Adamenko’s large plasmoid strikes.
LeClair proposes that the reentrant jet
takes the form of a novel water crystal consisting of adjacent strands of
HOHOHO… sequences, an idea supported by Eckman’s detection of linear
water isomers in Brown’s gas. If the
linear strands close into a ring, it could
be the coherent stabilizing form for a
water gas cluster that is the most energetic component of Brown’s gas.
Cavitation can be induced by methods
including turbulent flow; various vibrations (mechanical, sonic, ultrasonic);
electrical oscillation. The largest effects could be obtained by rapidly
circulating cavitating water into the
bottom and out the top of the electrolyzer to a reservoir above. Circulating
the reservoir water back into the electrolyzer integrates its energy content,
converting an average electrolyzer into
a practical zero-point energy machine.

At a fundamental level only classical
and quantum information exists. The
“hardware” is partly material and partly subtle: chi meridians and aetheric
streams of energy. The “software” is
considerably less understood: spirit,
soul etc, yet provides a theoretical
bridge between science and religion.
Longitudinal waves are scalar waves.
Physics literature refer to scalar waves.
Tesla waxed eloquently on longitudinal waves. Tom Bearden popularized
the scalar term with his papers on such
wild topics as the Tesla howitzer, scalar
weapon systems, and biological scalar
warfare. But, except for a few exotic
experiments such as the Dea-Faretto
detector, Meyl’s work, the Hodowanec
detector, and some of Bedini’s work
there has been little research on detection and measurement of these elusive
energy patterns. You can’t buy a longitudinal wave detector – they don’t exist as a commercial product.
In fact, most of orthodox science largely downplay these energy types relegate them to theory. However, when

CymaScope and the
Science of Sound
What interests everyone is how to produce, accumulate and harvest “good”
chi. I will focus on three phenomena,
aiming to demonstrate that they have
to be different instances of quantum
information circuits circulating quantum information:

with its bio-sonar, in collaboration
with SpeakDolphin.com, and imaging the sounds of stars in collaboration
with the Smithsonian Institute. A study
about to commence aims to mathematically model the CymaScope principle.

After the disaster in Japan, nuclear energy has lost its appeal as an energy
source. DESERTEC was drafted as
an emergency plan to gather all available and natural energy sources, such
as the abundant solar energy from the
deserts. While our world supplies us
with enough energy, it is not where the
power is needed. Thus the problem of a
comprehensive energy supply is shifting towards an optimal power transport
with minimized losses.
This topic was addressed by the famous experimental physicist Nikola
Tesla over 100 years ago. Here, electrical transmission systems according
to Tesla are compared in terms of efficiency and transport losses (Tesla’s
three phase AC, high voltage DC,
Tesla’s single-wire system and the
wireless power transmission).
NPA-19 is adjacent to Tesla Tech 2012,
and will feature about 70 presenters
over 4 days, as well as a number of
displays and the Sagnac Banquet which
honor the best of scientists in the dissident world. Attendees of the TeslaTech

We live in an exciting time when some
of the exotic free energy technologies
we’ve been following for so many years
are finally moving beyond research and
development and are actually making
major strides toward showing up in the
marketplace. Realizing this shift, over
the past two years, PES Network, Inc.
has shifted its focus from the “Top 100
Clean Energy Technologies” to just the
“Top 5 Exotic Free Energy Technologies.” In this lecture, the current Top 5
technologies: how they work and where
they are at in the process of moving into
the market will be discussed.
Two separate processes that do not require a propellant and do not produce
an equal and opposite reaction against
any external form of matter in the Local Inertial Reference Frame and do
not violate Newton’s Laws in the Universal Reference Frame can be used
to achieve “motion by mass transfer”
either vertically or horizontally or what
some commonly refer to as “Inertial
Propulsion”. The first process produces
horizontal motion, relies on the earth’s
gravitational field as an external force,
and has been successfully tested. The
second process produces vertical motion and relies only on the aether. It has
been successfully tested considering
the effect of the earth’s gravity.
Due to the law of conservation of angular momentum, the first process is
normally considered not possible, but

It is common knowledge that a spinning précising rotor has a reduced level of inertia and angular momentum in
the direction of precession while it is
