Room rate is $99.25 per night (including tax) at The Best Western Burley Inn. This includes a daily
Breakfast Buffet for each guest! The Room rate for the Budget Inn is $77.75 (including tax-no
breakfast included). If you are making reservations at The Budget Motel, phone 678-2200 or 6783501, and they will transfer you. You are responsible for making your own reservations. Please specify
you are with “Job’s Daughters” to get the special rate. Make your reservations by May 30, 2016
to receive the special rate. Please book your rooms at the The Best Western Burley Inn, or the Budget
Motel as we must meet the number we have committed to in order to have the meeting rooms at a

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: EVERYONE attending Grand Session must register and pay the
Registration Fee. Please complete the enclosed forms for each individual attending. Please PRINT
legibly, using black ink OR type completely and accurately. Include a CHECK, made payable to Session
Arrangements 2016.
SINGLE DAY PASSES are available for $10.00

UPON ARRIVAL AT GRAND SESSION:
Registration will take place at The Best Western Convention Center. Here you will receive name
badges, meal tickets and a program book, etc. containing times and locations of events.
(Last year most of the Jobies and adults received beautiful black totes, and to save costs, we would like
to reuse these totes…..please have everyone bring theirs and any lanyards that were not collected.)
Adults must have your nametag before signing for your credentials. All Executive Bethel
Guardian Council members wishing to vote must pick up and sign for their voting cards at Credentials
table.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO REMEMBER
NAME TAGS:
These are essential to surviving Grand Session. Your nametag is proof of registration. Do not lose it.
HONORED QUEENS:
Be prepared to vouch for all your Bethel members present at the Grand Bethel meetings. YOU are
responsible for their attendance at all meetings. Remind them that they are attending a GRAND
BETHEL MEETING and to respect it as a REGULAR BETHEL MEETING. Inform the members they
will be required to have with them their CURRENT DUES CARD.
Honored Queens and Princesses are asked to please wear their official regalia at Formal Opening.
COMPETITIONS:
All competitions registrations are sent to and scheduled by Grand Bethel. All inquiries regarding
competitions, Grand Bethel drawing, Majority Degree, Grand Bethel Officers / Representatives should go
to the Grand Bethel Chairman, Melody Small. You will have a separate packet for competitions from
Grand Bethel.
ALL Competitions will be held at The Burley Inn Convention Center.
FREE TIME:
All activities must be chaperoned. Leave a GOOD IMPRESSION with every contact you make as a Job’s
Daughter.
DRESS CODE:
All Daughters and Adults are to follow the Grand Bethel Dress Code. A copy has been included in Grand
Bethel packet.
CURFEW:
All Daughters MUST be out of the halls and quiet by 11:30 p.m. We request that the adults respect this
time as well. Daughters may stay up later to attend late night Grand Session activities (per the schedule)
but are asked to please be quiet in the halls coming and going to their rooms out of respect for other
guests in the hotel.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO:
Photos and video are not to be taken in a Daughter’s room while any Daughter is changing.
LEAVING THE HOTEL:
Daughters must be escorted by a chaperone if leaving the hotel.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
Electronic devices such as cell phones/iPod/tablets are to be brought at each attendees own risk. The
Grand Guardian Council is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please note; while individual Bethels
may have their own rules regarding electronic devices, cell phones, MP3 players and tablets are not
to be used during Grand Bethel meetings or ceremonies for any reason!
HOTEL ETIQUETTE: Please remind girls that they are not to be running and making loud noise in the
halls, or letting doors slam. Other guests will want peace and quiet.
SWIMMING POOL: Cover-ups or towels are to be worn to and from the swimming pool, Jobie
appropriate swimming suits only.

Remember the ratio of chaperones to Daughters – ONE chaperone to every
FIVE girls attending.
If a Daughter must leave the Grand Bethel meeting for any reason, she must
have a chaperone with her.
SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR GUARDIANS:
• You are responsible for having a copy of the Personal Health Form for each

Daughter with you at Grand Session.
Please bring with you, or send to the Grand Secretary, your Bethel Report for
the year. This report MUST be filed with the Grand Secretary before the close
of session.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
• Make hotel staff aware of any special accommodations when you make

reservations.
Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check-out is at 12:00PM.
SPECIAL DIETS & FOOD ALLERGIES:
• If you have a food allergy or medically necessary diet, please provide the
necessary information on the meal registration form. Special needs cannot be
accommodated at the last minute. BREAKFAST BUFFET:
