Take a guide trip on Bull Shoals Lake. Learn the
patterns and techniques of clear water fishing while in
a fully rigged bass boat with one of our professional
guides. The reason for this is that fishing techniques
used in the Ozark Mountain waters are far different
from those used in other parts of the country.
Most of the time you will be fishing for bass, but
you may hook crappie, catfish, walleye, white bass,
trout, or many other species. We furnish the boat,
motor, and guide.

fishing either on Bull Shoals Lake or the White River. Included
in the plans are the following: lodging, lunch meals, boat,

cushion, life jacket, fish cleaned and bagged. NO HIDDEN

A float trip on the famous, crystal clear White River for lunker trout offers the utmost in fishing
enjoyment plus beautiful, unforgettable scenery. Catches of rainbow and brown trout are more
or less commonplace throughout the year. Our top-rated guides are thoroughly experienced and
careful. Our equipment is modern and complete, and our Jon boats are built for safety and comfort.
They carry a maximum of four fishermen and guide depending on weight. Included in our flat rate
charge: bait, hooks, nets, anchor, ice, paddles, coolers (includes box lunch, fish cleaned and
plastic bagged), sinkers, leader line, corn, soda pop, swivel chairs, and cushions.

Enjoy a day fly fishing the White River or other waters

Lighthouse Point Resort is located on a secluded point surrounded by Bull Shoals Lake on three sides. Bull Shoals Lake Boat
Dock is adjacent to us and can provide boat rentals such as: Fishing, Bass, Skiing, Deck, Pontoon and Houseboat Rentals; Guided
Fishing Trips on Bull Shoals Lake and White River; Stall Rental; Scuba Diving; Tackle Shop; Water Skiing; Boat and Motor Repair
Shop; and other water related activities. Our combination of a resort/marina can offer a full range of recreational activities
for the entire family.
Take your choice between kitchenette units, sleeping units, combo units, and lake house. All choices are individually heated,
air-conditioned, and have color cable TV and a panoramic view of the lake. All rooms have linens and towels. The housekeeping
units also have a kitchen, coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, stove, refrigerator, and a microwave. All units have sliding glass
doors opening to decks overlooking the lake. Balance due upon arrival. You will be charged for all the days reserved. Deposits
are non-refundable. Prices are for two people per unit per day. All units $5.00 each additional person per day. Children 6

No experience whatsoever is necessary to fully enjoy your 60’ or 50’ houseboat. Our custom
designed boats are equipped to be commanded by even the most landlocked of “landlubbers”.
However, we provide at no extra charge a shakedown cruise and full instructions on the simple
operative procedures and the use of the many on-board conveniences.
We strongly urge you to bring another family with you on your houseboat trip. Not only will you
save by sharing expenses, but it’s just more fun! Now, compare the cost of houseboating and the fun
of houseboating with just about any other type of vacation, and you will see that you can enjoy the
vacation of your life in a truly economical way! CLEAN WATER, CLEAR AIR, and NO MOSQUITO
PROBLEM.
CHARTER POLICIES
1. Reservations
• A non-refundable deposit of
$500 per 50’ and $1000 per
60’ houseboat per charter
period is required to reserve
the houseboat of your choice.
You will receive confirmation
upon receipt of deposit.
• Deposit must be received within
7 days of booking. Unless
other arrangements have been
made, your reservation will be
removed without notification
after 7 days.
• VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX,
personal checks,travelers checks will be accepted for deposit.
• CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposits are not refundable under any
circumstances.
• Deposit is promptly refundable if reservations cannot be honored due to filled
schedule or condition beyond our control.
2. Payment of Charter Fee - Damage Deposit
• The total charter fee is payable in full prior to boarding the houseboat.
• A valid credit card (not a debit or check card) must be presented for a security
deposit. We reserve the right to charge said card for any and all charges,
damages, and missing equipment at any time. By signing the rental agreement
you are agreeing to this statement.
• Prior to departure you will be required to sign a houseboat charter agreement
making you responsible for loss or damage to the boat while under your
operation.
3. Departure
• You will be given a check-out cruise prior to your departure to acquaint you with
the operation of the boat.
• Your houseboat will be ready for boarding sometime between 12:00 p.m. and
5:00/6:00 p.m. or as soon as our staff and maids have completed their work.
You can arrive as early as you want to on departure day but BE PREPARED TO
WAIT until your boat is ready. If you get on it earlier than expected then think of
it as a bonus. Most of the houseboats are returning the same morning you are
scheduled to depart. It takes some time to clean and check these boats. You
and your party may have to wait for your houseboat to be ready. The best thing
to do would be to call us and see when your boat might be available. THANK
YOU.
4. Late Departure After 5:00 p.m.
• All houseboats must be out of the harbor at least one hour before dark to give
you sufficient time to find a cove and tie up for the night. Late arrivals will
spend the night on a sea anchor at the marina for your safety.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• Gasoline for operation of engines is NOT included in quoted rates. All tanks are full at
departure time and refilled on return. You pay only for fuel used.
• A charge of $50.00 per hour is assessed for late return of houseboat.
• Call for departure time - First party ready to load gets first boat ready to go - some
boats may be ready early.
• There is a $50.00 extra charge per pet on 50 foot only. NO PETS ON 60’ BOAT! AN
AUTOMATIC MINIMUM OF $125 TO $500 WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU IF YOU BRING
A PET ON BOARD.
• You must provide your own life jacket for children under 12.
• Refunds will not be made on boats returned early.
• To avoid misunderstanding concerning breakdowns, accidents, or inclement weather,
or loss of cruising time, we call your attention to the following policy: We check all
mechanical equipment prior to your departure. You need not accept your boat until
you are satisfied with your boat and equipment. However, once upon the lake, you
alone are responsible for its operation. Under these circumstances we cannot be
responsible for any loss of cruising time due to: mechanical failure, weather,
collision, or other physical mishaps, illness or personal accidents.
• One More Night Option - subject to availability.
Our schedule sometimes allows us to permit some of our guests to board the
houseboat the evening prior to their departure. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR
A LIMITED NUMBER OF HOUSEBOATS AND WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $75.00.
INSURANCE
Our insurance covers us! Your insurance covers you!
There is no boat rental insurance policy offered by any insurance company. It’s
not like renting a car where you can get insurance. It is just not possible. You can
check with your homeowners and see if it qualifies. Therefore you are responsible
for damages to the houseboat due to negligence, such as damaged props, lower
units, out-drives due to hitting the bottom and not tying to shoreline properly. You
are also responsible for broken windows, holes in pontoons, broken rails, etc.
However, we will not hold you responsible for damages due to normal wear. In
addition, mechanical items can and do break due to extended use, and you will not
be charged for such occurrences.

jackets, fishing gear, first aid kit, binoculars, dishwashing
