Our 30 years of experience ensures you receive
personalised service and the right advice.
We offer you choices as our Surgeons provide a tailored

Our Surgeons listen to you and your requirements to
help you decide which procedure is right for you after
a full review and medical assessment.
breast
reduction
Some women find that very large and heavy breasts cause
them pain and physical difficulty while some have confidence
issues. We perform two types of Breast Reduction Procedures:

Breast Reduction by Liposuction | Scarless Breast Lift
We were one of the first clinics in Australia in the 1980’s to
reduce Breast size by using Liposuction.
The technique we use, involves making one or two tiny incisions
and removing fat cells using Liposuction to reduce and reshape
the breasts. Apart from minimal scarring, this procedure can
reduce breast size by up to half, but with natural looking results.
We recommend avoiding strenuous activity for around
3 weeks, but from 6 weeks or so you will be able to return
to normal routines.
This procedure involves making incisions in the skin, tissue
and breast glands and removing any excess fat, skin and
tissue. Traditional Breast Reduction Surgery is effective in
providing a sizeable reduction in breast size.
This procedure allows a greater reduction in breast size,
however leaves some degree of scarring on the breasts.
We recommend avoiding strenuous activity for around three
weeks, and after six weeks or so you are be able to return to
normal routines.
Traditional Breast Reduction
breast
lift
Over many years’ women’s breast tend to lose their shape and
fullness and in many cases the skin stretches and the breasts
begin to sag. We perform two types of Breast Lift Procedures:
scarless
breast lift TM
procedure &
expectations
Dr. Ashley Granot pioneered this revolutionary procedure
in the early 2000’s.
It involves making a small incision in the armpit and applying
an exclusive procedure which encourages collagen formation
which assists the breasts to lift significantly with no scarring.
This procedure has also proven effective in repositioning and
raising the nipples naturally.
Your recovery time is over a four to six week period.
Following surgery a routine needs to be followed.

Scarless Breast Lift
This procedure involves the removal of excess skin around the
areola and often it requires removal of the excess skin from
underneath the breast. This procedure causes the breast to lift
significantly and also repositions the nipple and the areola.
Your recovery time is up to 6 weeks. However; it leaves the
breast with some degree of scarring which may be visible.
Traditional Breast Lift
corrective
surgery
Women who suffer from breast asymmetry or irregular shape
breasts or those that have had unsuccessful breast surgery
elsewhere. This can be distressing but we can help.
breast
asymmetry
It is quite common for women’s breasts to be slightly different
in size and shape as a result of genetics, ageing, and trauma
which causes breast asymmetry. It is defined as a difference
in shape, volume and position of the breast and it affects more
than 50 percent of women.
Our Surgeons first understand your problem, your requirements
and your expectations and then make recommendations
as to which method would be most suitable to correct your
Breast Asymmetry.
breast implant
revision
We are approached by many patients who may have had
Breast Implant surgery elsewhere and particularly from
overseas surgeons or cut price clinics, where they are
unhappy with the results of their surgery and wish to
have them replaced.
Often the wrong type of implant or the wrong shape implants
have been used, or the implants are too big or too small.
We have found that with overseas surgery and cut price
clinics usually a “production line” approach is used where
the same type and size of implants are used on each patient,
typically with poor results.
Our Surgeons first understand your problem, and then
make recommendations as to which method would be
most suitable for you.
