Company History
1972 : HKK, Inc. spun off its chain sales department to establish
HKK Chain Sales, Inc.
1978 : HKK Chain Sales, Inc. further strengthened its alliance
with Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd.
1991 : HKK Chain Sales, Inc. changed its Japanese company
name, but its English name remained the same (Hokoku
Chain Hanbai, Inc. was changed to HKK Hanbai, Inc. as
the registered company name in Japanese).
2001 : HKK Chain Sales, Inc. acquired all sales offices of Sy
Chain Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd,
