In gehele keten: veilig en betrouwbaar proces 9 Corporate Presentation Problem: Today’s Air Traffic Management (ATM) in Europe will not be able to fulfil the needs of tomorrow’s air-traffic (also @ AMS) ! 8.0 million flights 2000 Highly fragmented airspace over Europe will reach its capacity limits even earlier Many large hub-airports are already operating close to their capacity limit Increasing Impact of Environmental regulations on air-traffic 10 Corporate Presentation 16.0 million flights 2020 •http://www.sesarju.eu/news-press/gallery/videos?video=838#video-details 11 Corporate Presentation SESAR European Airports Consortium SEAC is a consortium founded 2007/8 for the duration of the SESAR Development Phase (SJU Member) Today’s members are: - Aéroports de Paris - Amsterdam Airport Schiphol - BAA Airports - Fraport AG - Munich Airport - Zurich Airport Airport involvement in the Definition Phase was less than 5% of total work Airport focussed resources within ATM companies is unusual Only a strong group of airports can make a meaningful contribution 12 Corporate Presentation Airport CDM & Single European Sky A-CDM is a Single European Sky Implementation Package 1 Deliverable The initiative will act as an enabler to IP2 and IP3 development & deployment The development of the SES ATM Masterplan relies on CDM implementation 13 Corporate Presentation Introduction: Airport CDM EUROCONTROL definition: ( www.euro-cdm.org ) Airport CDM is about partners working together more efficiently and transparently in how they work and share data. Improved decisions based on more accurate and timely information are possible with Airport CDM implementation, resulting in all airport partners having the same operational picture, with the same meaning to all involved. It allows each Airport CDM Partner to optimise their decisions in collaboration with other Airport CDM Partners, knowing their preferences and constraints with the actual and predicted situation. 14 Corporate Presentation Airport CDM – Partners & Objectives Initiating Partners: ANSP, A/P & main GH/AO Objectives: • Improve predictability • Improve on-time performance • Reduce ground movements • Optimise use of resources • Reduce (ATFM) slot wastage • Flexible departure Planning • Reduce apron/taxiway congestion Overall Sustainability “scoreboard”: • Culture change for operational staff • Reducing costs & improving quality for all partners • Reduced noise, NOx & CO2 emissions at/around airport 15 Corporate Presentation Overview “Milestone Approach” CDM@AMS nov ’10 mei ’11 nov ’11 Q1 ’12 Randvoorwaarden voor succes • Gezamenlijk doel te stellen, met oog voor individuele doelstellingen • Respect voor elkaars organisaties en processen • Vertrouwen in elkaar en in het proces • Commitment op alle niveaus, van de top tot de uitvoering • Verkrijgen van Know-how van elkaars processen • Openheid en transparantie, inzicht in elkaars data • De wil om van elkaar te leren, • Delen van informatiesystemen en data 18 Corporate Presentation Her-inrichting AAS Info Sharing System: CISS • Measured reliability CISS3 system: 99,98% • 20.000 information users • 1400 flights/day • 4.000.000 transactions/day • 2000 public monitors • 70 external information suppliers and users • 400 staff displays © AAS 5 CDM Portal: flight details & alerts 20 Corporate Presentation CDM Portal: METEO Info is essentieel onderdeel MET FORECAST +7hrs drives the Rwy & Corporate Presentation CAP plannings 21 MET ACTUALS CDM Portal Airspace View ‘TMA-actual+ Meteo’ 22 Corporate Presentation Vragen & Discussie 23 Corporate Presentation Meer info: www.schiphol-cdm.nl & www.euro-cdm.org 24 Corporate Presentation Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Europe’s preferred airport PO BOX 7501 1118 ZG SCHIPHOL T 020 601 2616 E [email protected] www.schiphol.nl Corporate Presentation
