REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register online at www.GARDOMLAKE.ca OR Register
by mail: Send in registration form and $50.00 non-refundable
deposit (Camp #1 & Day Camps are $10.00 each). Registration
will not proceed without deposit. The balance of the camp fee
is due by June 1, 2015, or send a post dated cheque along
with your registration. All camps are on a "first come, first
serve" basis. Some weeks of camp fill up faster than others so
register early. All camps can take registrations up to the start of
that week, depending on space availability. When we receive
your registration form and deposit, you will be sent a
confirmation email.
We will do our best to have your child with a friend of their
request, but please keep in mind that it doesn't always work.
Both campers must request each other and the camper is
limited to one request.
Refund / Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Where
cancellation is made two weeks or more before the start of
camp, the fee, less the $50.00 deposit will be refunded. No
refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than two weeks
prior to the session, except for medical reasons. No refund will
be given for a dismissal due to disciplinary action, home
sickness, late arrival or early departure. All registrations are
non-transferable.
Family Discount: The first and second child of a family will pay the full
amount. Additional children will receive a $50.00 reduction in their camp
fees. (excluding camp #1 & Day Camps)
Campership: Financial assistance may be available. If you require financial
assistance, please send a request in writing along with your application form.
Every family that applies is expected to pay the deposit.
NSF Cheques: The camp requires that a $10.00 service fee be paid for NSF
cheques

Day Camps
AGE 6-9
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and
Fridays throughout the summer starting June 29th till
the 27th of August. No day camp on July 22, 23, 24
due to staff break.
If your children are in need of more outdoor adventure
to break up their long summer weeks, Day Camp at
Gardom Lake Bible Camp is a safe and friendly
environment for your 6-9 year old. Whether a first
timer or seasoned camper, we have many great Day
Camps planned for a summer to remember.
CAMPS 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 & ENCOUNTER 2, 3,

Paintball is an action packed activity ideal for a
first-time enthusiast or experienced paintballer. Our
zero-tolerance policy is designed to protect each player.
This two-block activity is $25.00 in addition to the
regular camp fees. For Encounter #1, lots of paintball
is included. Waivers for paintball can be downloaded
from the website.
Participants must be 12 years of age or older at time of
play.

This camp sponsored activity will be lead by the
Adam’s River Rafting Company out of Scotch Creek,
BC. They will be responsible for the trip which takes
us down the Adam’s River. Waiver forms can be
downloaded from our website. The cost is $55.00 in
addition to the regular Teen Camp fees and INCLUDED
for Encounter #7.

Encounter at Gardom Lake Bible Camp is an
opportunity to experience a back to the basics
adventure including: hiking, canoeing and kayaking,
tubing, white water rafting, survival skills, shelter
building, paintball and much more! Come experience
friendship and fun, with lots of time to hang out,
whether at the beach or around the campfire. A short
hike up the hill from the main camp, you will be living
in the trees, cooking your food over a fire, and sleeping
in canvas tents on raised platforms. Be prepared for a
rustic, outdoor living adventure. (Our trees do not come
with electrical outlets, so if it plugs in a wall, don’t
bring it at all.)
Encounter will be open to only 32 participants each week
so register early.

RAVINE PAINTBALL
Gardom Lake Bible Camp is located south of Salmon Arm. It is one & a quarter hours drive from Kelowna and one & a half hours from
Kamloops. The camp is owned by the Mennonite Brethren Conference of BC and is operated by a local Board of Directors. Our
location on Gardom Lake, and our 72 acres, provide endless activities. It is our goal to provide each camper with a sense of
fulfillment that will encourage future growth in all aspects of their life. All children regardless of race or religion are welcome.

We will make every effort to see that your child has an enjoyable and safe experience while at camp as they
build friendships and make memories for a lifetime. Here at Gardom Lake Bible Camp we offer a well-balanced
program full of exciting activities, Bible study and teaching, and outdoor pursuits. Our Christian staff is carefully
selected and will encourage your child in emotional, physical and spiritual growth as they learn more about
Jesus Christ. We strive for excellence in leadership, staff, programs, facilities, health and safety. Every child is
unique and reacts to the camp experience differently. If there are significant or persistent concerns we will
