CUSTOM OIL FIELD BOILER SYSTEMS
Our oil field boiler systems utilize boiler heated, environmentally friendly glycol that is recirculated
through a closed loop hose line system. The recirculated fluid heats the hose line, which can be
wrapped around any frozen valve/wellhead to be thawed quickly. This unit is self-contained and offers
a safe way to thaw versus conventional high temperature steaming methods.
The boiler system does not require a constant fresh water source and is much more fuel efficient than
typical steam coils. This method eliminates the need to transport water to remote sites for steam thawing. Remote operation options are available. This system can be left unmanned in remote areas with
confidence.

GENERATOR
Boilers can run off a local electrical power source
or a supplied generator system. Boiler heat source
is diesel or propane. Boiler BTU varies depending on customer needs/specifications. Supply
and installation of an oil fired boiler skid package.
These systems come with two heavy duty cox auto-rewind hose reels with hose guide and motor
including controls.

Recover and reuse your wash
water with a Hot And Mighty WR2.
Hot And Mighty™ wash water recovery and recycling systems are here to bring your enterprise into
EPA compliance. Our WR2 has the vacuum power
to operate 2 vacuum recovery surface cleaners at
the same time. This recovery is enhanced by our
state of the art methods to either treat and discharge or reclaim and reuse your wash water.
450 CFM, 20 Micron Recovery and Recycling
Our recycling systems provides filtering to 20 microns
or lower depending on your needs. That’s enough to
reuse in your pressure washer. The WR2 system utilizes our unique aluminum oil/water separator which
then pass the water through a multi-stage filtering
system and then finishes the recycling process by
pushing the water through one of two polishing cartridge filters into your water holding tank.
We can set your system up to treat and discharge
depending on your local environmental laws. These
systems are customizable and can be built with more
filters for higher micron filtering.
The WR2 can be built directly to your mobile cleaning
deck or installed on our platform skid mounting two
200 gallon water tanks below the system. This is a
great space saving option for anyone wanting a more
compact trailer.
