Plots on the lot are outdoor spaces (not under the main tents) and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis after a meeting
with the business contact and a Minnetrista representative to determine suitable locations. All spaces (inside and outside the tent)
come with two chairs, one eight foot table, and access to water.
All for-profit booth and plot on the lot rentals include ten feet of additional space directly behind booth. Vendor items MUST be
contained in the alloted space measurements given. Any vendor with items spilling over to neighboring booth spaces or beyond the
extra ten feet, will be asked to move items or risk removal from event without refund.

Saturday, June 4, 2016; 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sunday, June 5, 2016; 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
*The event will be closed to vehicles during these hours.
Vendor Set-Up
Friday, June 3, 2016; 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
All booth spaces will be marked by 7:45 a.m. on Friday. Staff members will be on hand to answer questions.
Booth spaces will be accessible to vehicles on Friday.
Vendor Tear-Down
Sunday, June 5, 2016; 3 p.m.–6 p.m.

terms and conditions:
1. Items, services, and information should be garden-related or targeted for outdoors.
2. Payment in full must be submitted with vendor application to reserve a booth, by application deadline.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to May, 13, 2016 will receive a refund minus 25% of the total payment.
Cancellations after May 13, 2016 are non-refundable.
4. The event will be held rain or shine. Tent sides are not included in the event of rain. These must be rented with
application.
5. Minnetrista is not responsible for damage to or loss of articles left on the premises prior to, during, or following the event.
6. There will be 24-hour security beginning at 5 p.m. on June 3, 2016 until 6 p.m. on June 5, 2016.
7. All booths must be staffed during the event hours. No early tear-downs are permitted on Saturday or Sunday. Vendors
who shut down booth and/or begin to load cars earlier than 3 p.m. on Sunday will not be asked to participated in
Garden Fair 2017.
8. Minnetrista reserves the right to reject, relocate, or evict any and all vendors.
9. Vendors are responsible for the conduct of their representatives while at Minnetrista which includes, but is not limited
to, the responsibility for the care of the facility and concern for the patrons. Safety regulations shall be in accordance
with local, state, and federal regulations and shall be enforced by Minnetrista staff.
10. Certification of Insurance is required for all for-profit vendors. The business shall at its own expense obtain and
maintain at all times during the event comprehensive general liability insurance written by an insurance carrier
acceptable to CCA. Copies must be received at least 15 days prior to the event date.
hold harmless agreement:
The undersigned agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless, the Minnetrista Cultural Foundation, Inc.,
Minnetrista Centers and its respective directors, governors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, from
and against all claims, damages, action, liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury,
bodily injury, and or damages to or loss of property occasioned wholly or in part by any acts or omission
of the undersigned or its agents, contractors, or employees, related to the undersigned activity.
The undersigned also acknowledges that Minnetrista Cultural Foundation, Inc. does not assume any responsibility
whatsoever for any property of the undersigned used by or brought into Minnetrista Cultural Foundation, Inc., and that
the undersigned will take whatever steps it deems necessary to protect the same. The undersigned hereby releases,
acquits and discharges Minnetrista Cultural Foundation, Inc., from any claim of liability for damage to or loss any such
property.

outlined for this event.
