No urns, flasks or electrical appliances are allowed at KPZ Facebook page : Kids Play Zone All catering is halaal. No slots and dates can be provisionally booked. Only a R550 deposit and completed party form will secure a slot and date. Quotations are valid for a period of 1months from date of issue. Provision of the aforementioned goods and services is subject to the client’s acceptance business’s terms and conditions, a copy of which is attached hereto for your perusal. PG2/3 Premises 1.No alcoholic beverages are allowed on KPZ premises. 2.No smoking is allowed on KPZ premises. All smoking to be done outside, 10m away from building 3.All children entering KPZ premises are charged for 4.No food or drink is allowed in the play area. 5.KPZ reserves the right to allow/disallow children due to misbehaving, weight and height. 6. KPZ may utilize any photographs taken during the event for marketing purposes. 7.No toys are to be brought into or taken away from KPZ. 8. KPZ does not offer a washing up service. If a customer chooses to use their own crockery or cutlery, it has to be taken home as is. 9. All goods and equipment brought onto KPZ premises will be charged for. Please enquire for specific items 10. Kettles and flasks are not allowed on KPZ premises. If hot water is required, the KPZ urn must be hired. 11. No guests will be allowed on KPZ premsies before the party commences. 12. Please be careful when using the facilities in and around the venue. Parents/guardians are responsible for overseeing children under their supervision. We will not be responsible for any injury or damage caused to you and/or your dependent(s) and/or your guests and/or employee(s) or their property when using the venue if the loss or damage was caused due to their failure to adhere to these safety precautions. Hired items/goods 1.Hired items has to be arranged via the party application form – prior to the party day. 2.Hired items will be washed once, after the party so please ensure to hire a sufficient amount 3.If the host/ess hires external persons, goods,etc. KPZ will charge a nominal fee 4. ALL external services/goods will incur additional costs and is to be settled before party commences. If services/ goods are cancelled for any reason, host(ess) is still held liable for full payment. 5. A sufficient amount of crockery and cutlery must be provided. If not KPZ will do so and bill the host(ess) accordingly Party times 1.Party duration is 2 hours. If guests stay any longer than 30 minutes after a party has ended, the host/hostess will be billed for another hour, or more and has to settle this bill before vacating k-p-z premises. 2.The host/hostess has to notify KPZ of any/all third parties, eg. Decorators, caterers that are being made use of by prior arrangement with KPZ. Decorators have to vacate KPZ premises 45 minutes before commencement of parties and collect all belongings 45 minutes after the party has ended. It is the responsibility of the host/hostess to communicate this to the third party being used. 3.The host/hostess is able to extend party times by prior arrangement with KPZ @ the cost prescribed by KPZ. 4.There are 2 party time slots on both Saturdays and Sundays, i.e. 11am – 1pm and 3pm – 5pm. 5.A minimum of 20 adults will be charged for in the event of additional hours being booked at KayPeeZee PG3/3
