The money collected from registration is used to pay for hotel and convention facilities, associated services, equipment rental, registration packets, printing of programs, brochures, and other related expenses. Administrative expenses include rent for committe meetings, bank charges, and general expenses prior to the convention. We believe that once participants understand that it is the fee from registration that makes this event possible, and the planning and implementation of present and future conventioins, the reason for registering becomes clear.
