This exciting group exercise is divided into three
parts: fishing, scavenger hunt, and cooking! The
group will be divided into teams, and by following
each riddle, team members will move through the
scavenger hunt to each event. The fun continues
at a Chuck Wagon site where the teams will meet,
cook, and enjoy their findings together!

Have you ever wanted to be on a game show and
have the opportunity to win the grand prize?
Well, here is your chance! From the Price Is
Right, Wheel-Of-Fortune, The Newly-Wed
Game, and more, you will be able to pick one,
two, or three! You may also offer your own game
that we can facilitate for you!
2-Hour Events

Pirate Treasure Hunt . . . . . . . $50 per person
Photo Scavenger Hunt . . . . $20 per person

Objectives Covered: Using your Resources, Communication, Comfort Zones, Strategy, Time Management,
and Camaraderie
Teams will be given a list of riddles and a pontoon
boat sending them on the lake in search of their
pirate treasure. Once all items are found, the teams
should look like pirates upon their return to land.
Enjoy the laughter as each team will have to create
and perform their own pirate song.
10 person minimum.
Ozark Olympics . . . . . . . . . . $25 per person
Objectives Covered: Comfort Zones, Camaraderie,
and Objective Thinking
Do you have what it takes to be a Big Cedar Ozark
Olympian? Events include “hillbilly” pie eating,
“patty” toss, cattle roping, seed spitting, “hillbilly”
horseshoes, and much more. 10 person minimum.

Each team is given a Polaroid camera with ten
exposures and a list of ten riddles telling them
where to go and what to take a picture of.

Jungle Escape . . . . . . . . . . . . $20 per person
Objectives Covered: Communication, Memory,
Teamwork, Time Management, Camaraderie, and
Handling Frustration
Teams will try to build a helicopter using a variety of specific pieces in order to escape the jungle.
The team’s helicopter must be an exact replica of
the one the facilitator hides behind a curtain.
6 person minimum.

Management
First, you will gather on a hitch wagon pulled by
our beautiful draft horses and be delivered to our
Chuck Wagon site. Your group will then be divided
into teams. Each team is given the same ingredients
and one hour to become the Chili Champs! Each
bowl of chili will be presented to our judges and
everyone will enjoy a lakeside meal and an optional
bonfire. 10 person minimum.
Cardboard Regatta . . . . . . . . $20 per person
Objectives Covered: Teamwork, Creativity, Communication, and Problem Solving
Your group is divided into teams. Each team will
receive, and compete for, additional raw materials
including cardboard, duct tape, markers, scissors,
and paddles. They are then instructed to engineer
one cardboard boat per team and choose their
two-man crew. Teams break into 3 subcategories:
management, marketing, and project development.
After the boats are completed, they are presented
to the whole group before the grand regatta takes
place. The boats then race and the winning team
is declared. This takes place on the Marina shore
or at the Chuck Wagon site. Some team members
will be in the water but all need to be prepared to
get wet. Wear comfortable clothes, swimwear, and
water shoes. 10 person minimum, 60 person maxi-
mum.
Land Scavenger Hunt . . . . . . . $20 per person
Objectives Covered: Teamwork, Communication, and
Time Management
Explore Big Cedar by following clues to various
locations on property. Each team will be given a list
of items to find at different locations. Fastest team
to finish wins. 10 person minimum.
Time Management
Explore Big Cedar using a hand-held GPS unit and
explore various locations on property. Each location
will lead you to an item. Grab the geocache item and
head on to the next way point. Fastest team to
finish wins. 10 person minimum.
30-Minute Events
Blind Trust . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $15 per person
Objectives Covered: Trust, Communication, and Time
Management
This event focuses on trust. Each team member is
blindfolded, except for one person who is the communicator. The communicator must talk their team
members through an obstacle course.
6 person minimum.
Lost in the Wilderness . . . . . . . $10 per person
Objectives Covered: Communication, Problem Solving,
and Teamwork
Each team has crash-landed in the wilderness. Using
a checklist of items, the team must rank each item
according to its importance to their survival. Each
person will do a checklist on their own and one as a
team; this will show that they are better as a team than
as individuals. 10 person minimum.
Canoe or Paddle Boat Racing . $15 per person
Objectives Covered: Trust, Communication, and
Teamwork
A course is set on Table Rock Lake and each team will
send two members at a time in a canoe or paddle boat
to race through the course. Event ends when every
person on the team has completed the course.
6 person minimum.
Casting and Cocktails . . . . . . . $25 per person
Objectives Covered: Camaraderie and Fun!
Your group will meet at our stocked fishing pond
where drinks will be served and everyone is given a
fishing rod. Enjoy the outdoors as you mix and mingle
on our beautifully landscaped property while casting
into targets on the water. 6 person minimum.
Corporate Games
& Ice Breakers
Stretch Breaks . . . . . . . . . . . . . $15 per person
Objectives Covered: Stress Reliever and Exercise
A surprise meeting break that includes our enthusiastic Activities Team, music, fun, stretching, and
snacks. This break will get the blood flowing and
reduce stress. 6 person minimum.
Get-To-Know-You Bingo . . . . . $10 per person
Objectives Covered: Stress Reliever, Camaraderie, Fun!
Get to know your co-workers better! Get up and
move around. This fun ice-breaker can be full of
laughs and surprises! A bingo board is made up of
fun facts from each person in the group. The group
is instructed to find the person to whom each
fact belongs and have that person sign their square.
The first person to get a “Black Out” wins.

ICE CARVING DEMO
Watch as our culinary team turns a block
of ice into a beautiful piece of art while
learning the technique of sculpting and
shaping ice. $200.00–$400.00 per event/5 person

CULINARY DEMO
Watch our culinary chef create a
delightful entrée. Your mouth will water
as you sample the item. Receive a recipe to take
home and enjoy with the family. $35.00 per

WINE AND CHEESE TASTING
Enjoy a variety of specialty selected wine and cheese while
being led through an informative demonstration on how
certain flavors enhance and compliment the wines. May be
presented in a formal tasting or casual reception setting. Price based
on wine representative and bottle consumption/minimums and
maximums may vary/1 hour program.
FIREHOUSE POTTERY
Choose from a variety of pottery items to create your
masterpiece. Your pottery will be sent off to be baked and
polished and returned for a unique keepsake. Cost based on size of pottery
and includes paint and brushes. Choices of pottery subject to change based
