Well, what about waking my kids up early Sat morning and entering them in a 22km marathon to Opononi, or even Joel’s kids competing in the Weet-Bix kids triathlon in the pouring rain at Paihia on Sunday (Our Extreme Golf Kids). Pennants OnSundaytheLadiestravelledto Wellsford, played and got drenched (by the rain), while the Men dodged having an unscheduled wash in Kaitaia as it was called off(didn’ttakeachangeofclothes).
