Clicck on the link a and only those listing gs appear in the e list and on th he map. Recent R Notes Displa ays the 3 mostt recent Notes tto, and from, yyour Agent for u up to 10 listing gs. Listings with h Unread Notess will appear w with an asteriskk in the icon. My M Searches Displa ays a list of cus stom saved sea arches you havve created and d saved. Perform ming a Searrch Why use other o website es to search fo or properties when the Porrtal allows you to search a all of the FMLS S properties s! Through the t Portal, your Agent has provided you u with the abil ity to search listings for yo ourself. This iss a great feature because many of the consumer c we ebsites contain n out of date information. T The Portal se earch is for the most m accurate e, up to date information. Once you ha ve performed d a search, yo our Agent can n view your searc ch results. As s before, you may mark pro operties as Fa avorites, Posssibilities and Rejects. 1. From the Welcome e tab, click Sttart New Search link. Th he Map openss with the sea arch criteria bo ox. earch. The sccreen resets w with the prope erties marked d on 2. Enter search criterria as needed and click Se m and the lis sting below. the map ©FMLS 2014 8 3. Click on an icon on o the map to view the min ni report. 4. Click on the FMLS S# to view the e listing details. ©FMLS 2014 9 5. Use th he icons unde er the picture to mark the listing as a favvorite, a posssibility, a rejecct or add a no ote. Once marked, it sh hows up on th he listing and appears on yyour Agent’s D Dashboard fo or review. Saving a Search If you wou uld like to sav ve a Portal search for future e reference, cclick the Save e button on th he Button bar. The Save e Your Search h dialog box opens. o Enter a na ame for your search and click Okay. To o access you r saved searcch, click on th he search nam me on the My Se earches box on o the Welcom me screen. ©FMLS 2014 10 Adding a Note to your y Agen nt You can send s a note to o your agent about a any pro operty. On the e property dettail screen (B Buyer Full) clicck the Note icon. ns at the top. The Note window open en click Add Note.
