client. Learn how to SEARCH the Matrix Database, for the
exact matches you want every time.
SEARCH SYMBOLS
What they do…

+ (Plus sign) Indicates greater than or equal to
Total Bedrooms: 3+

- (Minus sign) Indicates less than or equal to
Total Full Baths: 4-

* (Asterisk) Use asterisk as a wildcard when spelling is unclear
or unknown or could be entered multiple ways
Subdivision: S* Ives*
Finds St Ives, Saint Ives, St Ives CC, St Ives Country Club

! (Exclamation) Excludes a value
Subdivision: !Rivercliff
