It is a great pleasure and honor to invite you all to the District 28
Conference, 25 – 27 October, in Winterthur.
“Respect of human rights of women” will be the motto of the
Conference. Getting together and working together we can
pursue our advocacy.
Zonta International is a platform where people and ideas from
different cultures and nations meet in mutual respect. This is
especially true for our District which embraces 6 nations.
At District Conference which takes place every two years we
make important decisions and elect the new board.
Winterthur, a former industrial town near Zurich, is now known
as “City of Museums”. The clubs of Schaffhausen and Zurich have
designed a very attractive social program that offers you the opportunity to experience the highlights of art, culture and
nature in the pretty old town of Winterthur and its environs.
Together we will spend three most memorable days! Come to
Winterthur, enjoy the spirit of Zonta and take this opportunity to
support our mission to advance the status of women worldwide!

Es ist mir ein grosses Vergnügen und eine
Ehre, Sie alle einzuladen zur Konferenz des
Distrikts 28 vom 25. bis 27. Oktober 2013 in
Winterthur.
„Respekt vor den Menschenrechten der
Frauen“ wird das Motto der Konferenz sein.
Indem wir zusammenkommen und gemeinsam arbeiten, nehmen wir unsern Auftrag
wahr.
Die Organisation Zonta International ist eine
Plattform, auf der Menschen und Ideen aus
unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Nationen in
gegenseitigem Respekt aufeinander treffen.
Dies gilt besonders auch für unseren Distrikt,
der sechs Nationen vereint. An der Distriktkonferenz, die alle zwei Jahre stattfindet, treffen wir wichtige Entscheidungen und wählen
die neuen Mitglieder des Boards.
Winterthur, die frühere Industriestadt in der
Nähe von Zürich, ist heute als Museumsstadt
bekannt. Die Clubs von Schaffhausen und Zürich haben ein sehr schönes Begleitprogramm
zusammengestellt, das Ihnen Gelegenheit
geben wird, Highlights der Kunst, Kultur und
Natur in der hübschen Altstadt von Winterthur und in der Umgebung kennen zu lernen.
Ich bin überzeugt, dass wir gemeinsam drei
unvergessliche Tage verbringen werden! Kommen Sie nach Winterthur, atmen Sie den
Geist von Zonta und nehmen Sie die Gelegenheit wahr, unser Engagement zur Verbesserung des Status der Frauen weltweit zu

E’ un grande piacere ed onore per me poter
invitare tutte Voi alla Conferenza del Distretto 28 che si terrà dal 25 al 27 ottobre
2013.
“Rispetto dei diritti umani delle donne”
questo sarà il motto della Conferenza.
Stando insieme e lavorando insieme
potremo raggiungere questo obiettivo che
costituisce la nostra advocacy.
Zonta International è una opportunità
per mettere a confronto idee di persone
appartenenti a culture e nazionalità diverse,
nel rispetto delle stesse.
Il nostro Distretto è composto da sei Nazioni
differenti e la Conferenza di Distretto rappresenta il nostro biennale punto di incontro
in cui verranno prese decisioni importanti
e verrà eletto il nuovo Board.
Winterthur, città industriale sita vicino
Zurigo, è conosciuta come „Città dei Musei“.
I Clubs di Schaffhausen e di Zurigo hanno
organizzato un bellissimo programma
sociale che vi permetterà di entrare in contatto con i punti salienti di arte, cultura e
natura nel grazioso centro storico di Winterthur e dintorni.
Sono sicura che trascorrerete tre giorni indimenticabili. Venite a Winterthur a godere
dello spirito zontiano ed a cogliere l’opportunità di poter stare insieme per migliorare
la condizione delle donne di tutto il mondo.
