Narrator: The children are all posting letters to Father Christmas. 2 Peppa: What have you all asked farther Christmas for? Suzy: A scooter. Danny: A toy spaceship. Pedro: A little guitar. Emily: A toy mouse. Candy: A skipping rope. Rebecca: A trumpet. Zoe: A bat and ball. Peppa: George has ask for a toy train. And I would love a yoyo. 3 Narrator: It’s Mr. Zebra the postman. Mr. Zebra: My goodness, a lot of posts today. Peppa: They’re all our letters to Father Christmas. Emily: It’s very important that Father Christmas gets them. Danny: He lives at the north pole. Mr. Zebra: Yes, I can see that. Well, if I’m off to the north pole today, I can’t stand around chattering. Bye.. All: Bye.. 4 Mommy: Peppa, George. We’re off to get the Christmas tree. Peppa, George: Hooray! Daddy: Is everybody ready? All: Yes, Daddy Pig. Daddy: Then, Let’s go. 5 Narrator: This is Miss. Rabbit’s tree shop. Daddy: Hello, Miss. Rabbit. Miss. Rabbit: Hello, there. Daddy: We’d like to buy a tree, please. Miss. Rabbit: What sort are you looking for? Please don’t say that’s an apple tree or a cherry tree. I don’t have them. Narrator: George hangs the baubles, Mommy pig fixes the fairy lights. And daddy pig puts a star on the very top of the tree. Daddy: There… All: Wo… 11 Peppa: Little star on the Christmas tree. Goes twinkle, twinkle, twinkle, twee, Daddy: What a charming song. Peppa: And all the little piggies on Christmas Eve Go, oink, oink, oink Mommy: Lovely Peppa. Now it’s time to ... Peppa: Wait, that’s more. oink, oink… Sweet little star on the Christmas tree. 12 Peppa: Maybe that’s enough singing. Mommy: Do you know what day tomorrow is? Peppa: Christmas day. Daddy: Here’s a little snack for Father Christmas. Peppa: Daddy, Why does Father Christmas come down the chimney. Why doesn’t he just use the front door? Daddy: Good question, Peppa. If you see him, you should ask. Mommy: But Father Christmas won’t come unless you are sleeping in bed. Up you go. 13 Peppa: I hope Mr. Zebra gave our letters to Father Christmas. Mommy: I am sure he did. Peppa: Danny wanted a spaceship. Suzy a scooter. Pedro a guitar. Daddy: Can you remember everything your friends asked for? Peppa: Of course I can, Daddy. It’s very important. Daddy: Good night, my little piggies. sleep well. 14 Peppa: George, Let’s stay awake all night and see Father Christmas. Narrator: George is asleep. Peppa: I’m going to stay wide awake all night. 15 Narrator: Peppa is asleep. What was that, Flying past the window? And what was that noise? 16 Peppa: George, there’s a loud banging noise coming from the roof. 17 Narrator: It is Father Christmas. Ho,ho,ho. Father Christmas just has a few more presents to deliver. Father Christmas: Peppa wants a yoyo. George wants a train. Why do they make these chimneys so small? Narrator: Oh, no, Father Christmas has lost his list. 18 Father Christmas: Why are these chimneys always so sooty? Ah, I see someone’s left me a mince pie and a drink. Delicious. Ho ho ho. 19 Peppa: George, it’s Father Christmas. Father Christmas: Hello, there, and who might you be. Peppa: I am Peppa. Father Christmas: And who is this very smart young gentleman? Peppa: It’s only George. Father Christmas: Please to meet you, George. Peppa: Are those presents for George and me? Father Christmas: They might be. 20 Peppa: Can we open them now? Peppa: You are most welcome. 22 Father Christmas: Right, let’s get these last presents delivered, which means climbing back up this confounded chimney. Peppa: Father Christmas, why don’t you use the front door? Father Christmas: Galloping Goblins! what a good idea. Byebye, Peppa and George. Peppa: Bye bye... Father Christmas: Happy Christmas. Ho ho ho 23 Daddy: Wake up, Peppa and George. It’s Christmas day. Peppa: Daddy, Mommy, we saw Father Christmas and he left us these presents. Narrator: George has a toy train. George: Choo choo... Narrator: Peppa has... Peppa: A yoyo... 24 Narrator: All of Peppa’s friends are here. All: Happy Christmas, Peppa. Peppa: Happy Christmas, everyone. Suzy: I got a scooter. Danny: I got a spaceship.
