Follow manufacturers’ instructions for ladders and/or scaffolding. Failure

▶▶ Remove sash from frame and place on a clean flat surface before proceeding to step 1.

Weatherstrip
Remove weatherstrip from frame kerf. Dispose of weatherstrip properly.

Weatherstrip
Continue zippering the weatherstrip barb into
the frame's kerf.
▶▶ Replace sash in frame.
Fold corners into a
45° angle.

For push out casement windows, replace sash following Guide 9069245 Sash Replacement for E-Series Push Out Casement Windows.
▶▶ Frame weatherstrip replacement is complete.
Snips
Insert weatherstrip barb into kerf behind the
snugger. Zipper weatherstrip into kerf around
the entire perimeter of the frame. Fold corners
into a 45° angle.

Mark and cut weatherstrip to length using the
weatherstrip end as a guide.
