All claims and customer service issues may be initiated by going to www.DingMonkey.com and selecting CUSTOMER at the top of the
page. Please review the Conditions and Limitations section and specific type of damage/repair sections below prior to submitting a claim.
Interior: Interior repair is defined and limited to: scratches scuffs and tears that are accidental on
leather and cloth seats, door panels, arm rests not to exceed one inch in diameter or three
inches in length. Damage due to neglect, collision, stains and normal wear are excluded.
Benefits are subject to industry standard method of repair without removal of any OEM
safety devices.

Conditions and Limitations:
DingMonkey can't guarantee that all damaged areas are repairable. We do not cover
preexisting damage, hail damage, collision, vandalism, neglect, large deep dents, creased
metal, bumpers, mirrors, missing, cracked or damaged paint. If in the judgment of the
certified technician, best efforts had been used, the obligations of Administrator under this
contract have been fulfilled. We do not provide benefits that are inaccessible due to:
extensive aftermarket equipment, inaccessible areas, aftermarket wheels, repainted body
panel, or any other part that is not OEM. If your claim is not fulfilled within 9 0 days after
filing, it will be closed.
Factory Alloy Wheels: Repairable wheels are defined as and limited to, factory alloy wheels. Minor cosmetic
scuffs and scratches that are repairable and limited to industry reconditioning methods.
Limited to one repair per wheel, two wheels per claim, and not to exceed four repairs
during the Service Contract term. Aftermarket, chrome, and painted w!heels are excluded.
Damage is limited to repairable cosmetic surface damage only and does not include any tire
coverage or bent wheels caused by a road hazard or accident. Administrators attempt to
repair fulfills all obligations under this Service Contract.

The Service Contract is issued for three (3) years from the effective date. Certificates can
be renewed for an additional three (3) years by the original Service Contract holder. Service
Contract renewals must be completed 30 days prior to or 30 days following expiration.

valid from the effective date on the Service Contract. Renewal pricing is subject to change.
Please allow up to 30 days for renewal Service Contract to be processed.

Prior to Service: Service Contract holder may visit our website at www.DingMonkey.com then click
CUSTOMERS then FILE A CLAIM for fastest service. You may also send an email
including your Customer number, updated contact information, and attached photos of
damaged areas to [email protected] or call (888) 286-7551 and talk to one of our
friendly customer service reps. You will be notified within 3 business days with further
instructions. Benefits will not be paid without prior authorization from D!ingMonkey. Upon
completion of authorized repairs, Customer must sign technician’s document to verify
completed repairs. No deductible applies to authorized repairs.
Door Ding Repair: Paintless Dent Repair is a process developed by the automobile manufacturing community,
using specialized hand tools to gently push the metal back to its original form without
harming the vehicles factory paint. Repairable areas are defined as and limited to exterior
vertical body panels repairable within the limits of Paintless Dent Repair inspected and
approved by an authorized PDR technician. If the damage to the vehicle is not repairable
by PDR methods, no benefit is provided. Damage caused by any vehicle in motion is
excluded from coverage. Such damage may be directed to the owner’s comprehensive
insurance policy.
Windshield Repair: Windshield stars and cracks caused by small debris will be repaired under industry
standards limited and not to exceed two inches in length or diameter. If the damaged
windshield should need replacement because repairs would not allow it to function safely,
the Service Contract holder should contact their comprehensive insurance provider for
replacement. The administrator will reimburse the registered owner the deductible portion
of their comprehensive insurance claim (for windshield replacement claim only) on the
registered vehicle up to $250.00. No deductible reimbursement benefit will be paid without
proof of Service Contract holder’s filed and paid comprehensive insurance claim. All
claims need to be filed within 3 days of discovery of the windshield damage.

Exterior: Paint touch-up repairs are defined as and limited to, paint scuffs, scratches, & minor
scrapes, not to exceed 5 inches. All repairs are to be considered non-body shop, and
requires the use of, specialized reconditioning air brush or airless spray tools. Repairable
areas are defined as and limited to exterior metallic vertical body panels repairable within
the limits of our technician. DingMonkey or assigned technician can't guarantee a 100%
Factory color match or factory paint blend. Damage caused by any vehicle in motion is
excluded from coverage. Such damage may be directed to the owner’s comprehensive
insurance policy.
Key Replacement: In the event Key is lost, stolen or destroyed, Administrator will provide for an OEM or
aftermarket equivalent as a replacement . The absence of a Key at the time of a Vehicle
delivery does not constitute a Covered Loss. Only the Keys that are provided at the time of
Vehicle delivery is covered under this plan. Eligible Key means ONE (1) Key (including
FOB and/or remote) provided to Agreement Holder at the time of the Vehicle's original
delivery. Key replacement benefit is limited to one (1) Key per Service Contract Holder per
term. Note: Valet Keys and aftermarket devices (such as remote start) are excluded from
coverage.
Transfer of Coverage:
The balance of the original coverage term may be transferred to another private party
purchaser of the registered vehicle. Send proof of vehicle sale and title transfer to
[email protected]. The new owner will be contacted to facilitate payment of the
$50 transfer fee. Transferred agreements are not cancelable or refundable.
Cancellation: This Service Contract may be cancelled for a full refund if no claims have been submitted
within the first 30 days or longer if required by state law. After 30 days and no claim has
been submitted, customer may cancel this Service Contract and receive a pro-rated refund
based on the number of days from the effective date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Service
Contract become non-cancelable and nonrefundable once a claim has been submitted. All
cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] for consideration and
processing and must include a copy of this Service Contract, updated contact information,
and reason for the request.

DingMonkey Protection Program Dealer Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT (herein referred to as the “Dealer Agreement”), dated this _______ day of _________________, 201___, is entered into by and
between DingMonkey™ Inc. Protection Program (hereinafter “Program”, a Texas Corporation (hereinafter “DM”) and,
_______________________________________ (hereinafter “Dealer”). WHEREAS, DM desires to offer DM’s Program to be sold by Dealer, and WHEREAS,
Dealer desires to market DM’s Program in connection with its vehicle sales and service. NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
DEALER OBLIGATIONS
1. Dealer agrees to follow the instructions and procedures relating to the Program as outlined by DM, including any and all additions, deletions, and
amendments that DM may furnish from time to time.
2. Dealer agrees and acknowledges that the Dealer’s sales production will be monitored on a monthly basis. Dealer further agrees that if it fails to submit
new sales business for a consecutive three (3) month period, Dealer will be subject to termination for non-production at the sole option of DM.
3. Dealer agrees to timely submit, no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar month, to DM all agreement sales and sales revenues thereto
by such dealer.
4. DM agrees to refund cancellations processed and reported on the monthly statement. In the event of repossession, Dealer agrees to refund to lien
holder Dealer’s pro-rata share of the agreement price for those agreements canceled by lien holder prior to expiration.
5. Dealer agrees to have no authority to make, alter, modify, waive, or discharge any terms or conditions of the agreements or any performance there
under, nor to incur any liability on behalf of DM.
6. Dealer shall be fully and solely responsible for any claim with respect to any door dings on new and used vehicles that were in existence on or before
the date an agreement was issued by the Dealer.
7. Dealer agrees, in the event of a hailstorm causing hail damage to Dealer’s inventory, the sales of DM’s Program shall immediately cease and shall not
resume until the Dealer receives written permission by a DM representative. This will certify that Dealer’s vehicles vertical panels are certified free of
pre-existing damage.
DM’S OBLIGATIONS
1. DM agrees to supply forms, advertising, and promotional material for use by Dealer, all of which shall remain the property of DM and which shall be
returned to DM in the event of termination of this Agreement.
2. DM agrees to cover all repairs arising under valid agreements and to be completed within a reasonable time after notice of the claim, but shall not be
liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
3. In the event that Dealer issues an agreement in error, DM shall, within thirty (30) days from the date of the receipt of the copy of the agreement for such
non-qualifying vehicle, return said agreement to the contract purchaser with ample explanation. DM is under no obligation(s) to investigate or arrange
for the payment of repairs of any vehicle if the vehicle did not qualify under existing requirements and qualifications as outlined by DM.
4. DM shall have no obligation or liability for any pre-existing door dings or hail damage on new or used vehicles covered by a valid agreement, whether
or not payment has been made by Dealer with respect thereto.
TERMINATION
1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving sixty (60) days written notice to the parties’ last known address. Unless so terminated,
this Agreement shall be a continuing agreement.
2. In the event of termination of this Agreement, DM shall be responsible for administering any and all properly adjudicated claims filed against the
agreements issued during the term of this Agreement. Dealer shall be liable to remit appropriate monies in accordance with the rates in effect at the
time of issuance of such agreements prior to termination.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
1. This Agreement shall not be pledged, assigned, sold or otherwise alienated without the written consent of DM. Any reported or attempted assignment
without DM’s written consent shall not be binding on DM or its insurers.
2. Any notices to be given under this Agreement must be sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to the parties at the following addresses or
to such other addresses as the parties may designate in writing.
