HOW TO FIND US
The North, Northwest and South Yorkshire
via the M1 (Jnct 31) or A1
(Markham Moor) Southbound:A57 to Lincoln, follow Ring Road to pick up
the A158 to Horncastle and Skegness.
The West, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire,
M1 and A1 Northbound:Notts: A52 to Skegness via Grantham and Boston.
Leics: A607 through Melton Mowbray on to Grantham,
then A52 to Skegness via Boston.
East Anglia:A17 from King’s Lynn or Long Sutton,
pick up A16 for Boston, then A52 Skegness.
London and South East:A1 to Stamford from M25 or M11/A14, then A16 to
Boston and A52 to Skegness
The South West
As London or across country to Leicester or
Nottingham then via Grantham and A52
to Skegness via Boston.
The North East via Humber Bridge
A15 to Jnct 5 M180/A180,* left to Grimsby, then
A16 through Louth to join A1028 and A15 to Skegness.
(*Alternatively follow the signs to Louth from the
M180/A180, shorter but not as easy to follow).
Once you reach the outskirts of Skegness follow
the brown Tourist Board signs, or use the location
directions on the inside of this brochure - we’re looking
forward to greeting you!

THE FUN COAST
Conveniently situated 3 miles north of
Skegness, just off the A52, the park is 400
yards from Butlins and just 1 mile from the
exciting new complex at Fantasy Island.
For a more leisurely pace, then the clean
award winning beaches of Skegness are a mere 10
minutes walk away with a subway under the
A52 for your safety. The tranquil Lincolnshire Wolds
can be seen from the park and the historic market
towns of Alford (famous for its weekly craft fairs) and
Horncastle (the Antiques centre of Lincolnshire) are within
30 minutes drive.
The peace and quiet of the park offers you the
best of both worlds - a relaxed holiday but close enough
to be able to enjoy all of the attractions of the
Skegness area.
SEASONAL TOURING PITCHES
We have a limited number of seasonal touring
pitches available, allowing you to site your caravan from
March to October. This saves you time and expense
of taking your caravan home each weekend, making that
spur of the moment decision to come to the coast
easier, when time or weather tempts you. Please ask at
the office for details, charges and availability.

(Contractors) Ltd Group of Companies, established in 1947.
We are extremely proud of our leisure group at the Park, its ‘sister’ at Greenacres,
Ingoldmells. Leisure is now the largest section of the company and this success is
partly due to our loyal, hardworking staff, most of whom have qualified under the
Welcome Host Scheme and who are dedicated to helping you enjoy your holiday.
Our success is also due to you, our customers, whether you are one of the original,
loyal customers from 1990 when we first opened or you are visiting for the first time.

enclosed outdoor play area* whilst parents relax in
a convivial atmosphere. During the season you can

Experience the thrills of water skiing on one of
the UK’s top facilities. An ideal way to cool off on
those hot summers days but with quality wet suits

THE LOCATION
Skegness Water Leisure Park is conveniently
situated between the holiday centres of Skegness and
Ingoldmells. Walls Lane starts opposite Butlins on the A52
Roman Bank and we are just along Walls Lane on the
left. The Park is well signposted and there’s
an easy access through the Main Caravan Entrance.
When you arrive please enter the gate and pull into
the left opposite the Reception, where indicated,
and report in. You will be warmly welcomed, allocated
a plot and given full directions and
information about the park.
For those people who enjoy self catering, everything
you’ll need can be obtained from our handy shop.
