OCEAN CITY RENTAL GUIDE
Jesse Real Estate welcomes the staff of Coastal Realty and their customers!
RESERVATION INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made by phone, mail or in person. A 50% deposit is required on weekly rentals and
a 1/3 on monthly, half or whole season rentals. A signed lease is required and a $50 Vacation Rental
Damage Protection Fee. Balance is due three weeks before occupancy. ALL LEASES INCLUDE A $60.00
TRANSACTION FEE. NO MONIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON CHECK-IN DAY.
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Saturday 9AM - 5PM, Sunday 10AM - 5PM (Jan - June), Sunday 11AM - 4PM (July - Dec)
LENGTH OF RENTALS:
Most properties listed in the brochure rent for a minimum of one week. Many others are available for the
season, 1/2 season, or on monthly basis. Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in time is between 2 PM and 5PM on Saturday while check out is before 10 AM on Saturday. All
keys are to be returned to Jesse Real Estate. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-INS BEFORE 2PM.
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the great demand for Ocean City rental properties, most customers make their reservations
months in advance. Since most rentals are made early, tenants canceling with short notice may
experience difficulty getting their unit rerented. Consult your contract for this information.
UNAUTHORIZED GROUPS:
Our properties are rented to families. Fraternities, sororities, and other groups are permitted only when
authorized by the owner.
EQUIPMENT:
All units are completely equipped including pillows, bedspreads, dishes, pots, pans and tableware. Not
included are bed linens and towels unless specified.
BEACH TAGS:
Beach Tags are not included in summer rentals. They can be purchased upon arrival or for additional
information write to Beach Fee Office, City Hall, 9th & Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, N.J. 08226.
DOLLAR SAVING RENTAL TIPS:
The first two weeks of July and the last week of August are often listed at rates below peak season rates.
Rental rates in June and September can be as much as 40-60% less than peak season rates.
Prices quoted in this brochure are a range only and the actual rates may vary at the time of your inquiry.
The lower number would represent the early June rate while the higher number would be the in-season rate.
