Our very own talent networking fair in Malaysia,
GRADUAN® ASPIRE was first held in 2011. This
annual career fair attracts talents as well as leading
corporations in a two-day event where they come
together to share ideas, network, take part in
workshops, events and activities. The 2015 fair drew
more than 48,600 talents, a record-breaking

OUR BEST FAIR EVER!
With participation of more than 48,600 talents and over 120
organisations and institutions, GRADUAN® ASPIRE 2015 was our
biggest and most exciting fair to date, bringing talents with employers
together under one roof.
Held on 9 and 10 May 2015 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre,
the fair took place in three halls with participants visiting booths by
leading employers in Malaysia such as Maybank, Eco World, Celcom
Axiata Berhad, DRB-HICOM Berhad, UEM Group Berhad, Nestle and
plenty more as well as top institutions like Putra Business School,
International Islamic University Malaysia, University Malaya, Taylor’s
University, University Teknologi Petronas, Curtin University and more.
We also had the privilege of YB Tuan P Kamalanathan, Deputy
Ministry of Education II, to officiate GRADUAN® ASPIRE 2015.

More than 48,600 talents took the opportunities available to them at
GRADUAN® ASPIRE 2015 to get in touch with their companies of choice,
learning more about hiring opportunities and even dropping off their resumes.
Ad-hoc interview sessions were also held for the convenience of participating
organisations and talents, making sure that both parties were able to maximise
their time during the fair.
COUCH CORNER
As per previous fairs, GRADUAN® ASPIRE 2015 presented the popular Aspire Lounge,
where notable personalities, CEOs and human resource directors were invited to take
part in a casual setting to share experiences with attendees. These informal sessions
proved to be the best setting for talents to ask questions about job opportunities as well
as to interact directly with the people who would be responsible for hiring.
GRADUAN® BRAND AWARDS
A survey not to be missed! At every GRADUAN® ASPIRE, participants are given a survey
form to name their most preferred employers. From the survey, 10 leading companies
are highlighted as the popular companies to work for as named by talents themselves.
The GRADUAN® Brand Awards offers participating organisations insights from the
talents themselves on what it takes to be a preferred employer in terms of benefits,
reputation, hiring style and more.
