Shaquille, bred in Brazil from strong European bloodlines is of a great jumping type.
Owned by an amateur rider and brought along by a professional, Shaquille has many placings with both riders.
He placed in both the 5yr old and 6yr old Jumping Finals, going on to have a strong career in the upper levels with many Grand Prix placings and wins
before being turned over to his amateur owner to continue showing.
With his amateur rider he was one of the top Adult Jumper horses in the nation at the time, together they moved up through the levels to the High
Amateur Jumpers and finally to the Grand Prix ring, where they had multiple placings.
Shaquille has some exceptional qualities few horses share. His mind is like no-other, he is infallible both in and out of the ring, 100% honest, responsive,
clean over the fences, supple in the mouth, great flexibility of the column, tight knees and a large stride.
With lineage from Cor De La Bryere and Ramiro, Shaquille is a true sport horse producing consistent quality and a natural honesty sort after by the
amateur market. From his progeny which began in 2004 all of them hold Preferrent - First Premium papers and are showing great success in the ring.
Shaquille’s filly “Luna” was tied for Third High Score Filly from the 2011 BWP/NAD Keuring tour.
Shaka Kahn was the leading 2yr old in 2010 and that Koo Koo Kachoo was tied 3rd in the 2010 colt division.
