The body is CNC machined for accurate reproduction of our extensively developed porting. The butterfly is bullnosed on the CNC on both leading and trailing edge and the shaft is milled to increase cross-sectional area of the throttle body. All parts are reassembled with care, utilize loc-tite and properly torqued. Katech made the first publicly available LS belt tensioner in 1999. Updated for 2006 to be lighter and fit all Gen3 & 4 applications including truck. Now includes pulley, completely assembled and ready to install. Limited edition red and blue anodizing available.
