Windows, clean up your Windows registry or manage your installed applications, get ride of Windows
errors and problems and speed up your computer performance, these are just a few benefits that you
receive using Bodrag Utilities 2009.

For all tools, you will have in the top right corner a help button with a small arrow in the right. Clicking
on Help it will show the help section for that application.
If you click on the arrow you will see a popup menu:
Help - will launch the help section for current application
Register now - will display a new window to register and activate your application. This will be visible
only on unregistered application.
Buy now - will open the order page for Bodrag Utilities 2009 on your default browser. This will be
visible only on unregistered application.
About - will display a new window with details about your version of Bodrag Utilities 2009.
1.1
Main interface
Bodrag Utilities 2009 main interface is the control center of all suite applications. Here you will find
details about last run of them, change global settings and launch individual tools.

Main interface is structured on six categories from which you can start tools.
To change the global settings, click on the down arrow from the right of the Help button. A popup menu
will appear and click on Settings.
The global settings window contain two tabs.

Here you can choose the language for the interface of Bodrag Utilities 2009 suite.
Also you can select which applications should be launched when Windows starts.
If you want to disable the news window, displayed when you start tools, unselect Show news window on
application startup.
One Click Optimization

Here you can choose which scans should be made by One Click Optimization application.
Also you can change or disable the automated scans of One Click Optimization application.

Online Update
First time when you start an application from Bodrag Utilities 2009 you will be asked if you want to
check for updates. Updates are free and can bring to you a new version with bug fixes or new features.
You can choose to check in that moment or you can select to be asked later. Also you can check for
updates directly form the Bodrag Utilities 2009 interface.
Introduction
When you choose to check for updates, Online Update application will start:

Click Next to start looking for available updates.
If an update is available you will be prompted with details about it. To start downloading it click Download
button. If you don't want to make this update click Close to close Online Update.

Here you can see the progress of the update download.

Now update is downloaded and is ready to install. Click Install button in order to start installation or
Close to cancel installation and close Online Update.

Overview
In this category you will find the automated tool from Bodrag Utilities 2009 designed to optimize
Windows XP and Vista.
This category tools is:

One Click Optimization
One Click Optimization is a tool that allows you to quickly and easily clean up your registry and hard
drive. It can make automated and manual scans of your system
To start One Click Optimization, go into the Overview category and click One Click Optimization:
Immediately after you start it, One Click Optimization will start the scan of your system.

After scan is complete you will see a summary of found errors. You can manually select which errors
should be fixed by clicking on the red label. This option is available for dangerous startup entries,
registry problems and junk files. To start fixing these problems click Fix errors.

Now cleaning is done and you can close One Click Optimization by clicking Close.

Optimization
In this category you will find all the tools from Bodrag Utilities 2009 designed to optimize Windows XP
and Vista. This makes your system more efficient.
This category tools are:

3.1
System Optimizer
Would you like to optimize your system for application needs? Then use System Optimizer from
Bodrag Utilities 2009. With a few clicks you can optimize your system and increase performance.
To start System Optimizer, go into the Optimization category and click System Optimizer:
Select the system to match your system configuration. In the visual effects selection box, select visual
effects the desired setting. Then click Next.

System Optimizer will check your computer and show you needed changes. You can select changes
that you want or don't want to apply by clicking on the red text. Click Next to start optimization.

Select settings that you want to apply and click OK.

Your system is optimized now, according to your predefined settings.
3.2
Memory Optimizer
RAM is an essential factor in the performance of your system. The more RAM available, the better you
can use your system and your applications. Due to frequent starting and stopping of various
applications, during a computer session, the memory is consumed more and more, because some of
the applications and components are not removed from the RAM if they are terminated. These
components are left in the RAM memory, so that the same application after a new start can be loaded
faster, and therefore these components do not have to be reloaded.
With Memory Optimizer, you can remove no longer required components from the RAM memory. The
optimization of RAM can be made automatically or manually as needed.
To start Memory Optimizer, go into the Optimization category and click Memory Optimizer:

The memory optimizer is divided into two tabs:
Status
In the Status tab will give you the details about your physical RAM and the paging file. Also you get a
graphical display of the memory and the memory usage. You can also read here the current size of the
clipboard cache.
You can directly optimize RAM from this tab by clicking the Optimize now! button. Also you can empty
the clipboard cache by clicking Empty button.
The status of automatic optimization will be displayed here, and you can enable or disable it.
Settings
In the Settings tab, you can set different settings for the Memory Optimizer.
Show icon in tray
If you want to display Memory Optimizer icon in tray, select this option.

Optimization shortcut
Change the keyboard shortcut for memory optimization.
Automatic optimization
You can use the slider to set the minimum amount of available memory. If available memory will get
under this value, the automatic optimization will start. In addition, you can select to optimize memory
depending the CPU load. If you want the automatic optimization only takes place when the CPU is only
up to 50% capacity, then select the When CPU usage is: and adjust the slider to 50%. Also you can
choose Smart optimization and let Memory Optimizer decide when automatic optimization should be
made.
Memory Optimizer in the tray
If the Memory Optimizer started (manually or automatically by Windows) it will place an icon in the tray
(if this option is enabled). Clicking the right mouse button on the icon of the Memory Optimizer, you will
get a context menu that allows you, among others, to manually optimize memory or empty clipboard
cache.

Internet Optimizer
With the Internet connection alone, you have not yet the optimal Internet connections, the settings of
your system to help significantly. With Internet Optimizer you can optimize your Internet connection and
get a better data transfer speed.
To start Internet Optimizer, go into the Optimization category and click Internet Optimizer:
To start your Internet connection optimization click Next.

Select your Internet connection type and click Next.

Internet Optimizer will check your Internet connection settings and show you needed changes. You can
select changes that you don't want to apply.
Click Next to start optimization.

Your Internet connection has now been optimized. In order to use these new settings you have to restart
Windows.
3.4
Registry Defragmenter
Frequent starting and stopping of Windows, as well as install and uninstall applications, with the time,
bring the Windows registry fragmented, and possibly with errors. Due to this fragmentation the reading
and writing process of the registry takes longer than at a defragmented registry file. There is a reduction
in performance of your system. With the Registry Defragmenter you have the ability to defragment the
registry, therefore, the fragmentation of the registry is reduced, and unused memory is recovered. The
performance of your system thereby increasing again.
To start Registry Defragmenter, go into the Optimization category and click Registry Defragmenter:

In order to defragment registry, click Next. Your system will be analyzed.

Now you will receive a detailed overview of the registry fragmentation, you can see the size of the
registry after defragmentation and how much space is gained. Click Finish to begin the defragmentation
process.

Clean
In this category you will find all the tools from Bodrag Utilities 2009 designed to clean your system of
unnecessary data.
· Disk Cleaner

4.1
Disk Cleaner
Use the Disk Cleaner to remove unnecessary files from the hard disk and get more free space. With
Disk Cleaner you can remove simple and safe following files: temporary Internet files, cookies,
temporary files, temporary help files, image cache files, log files, system backup files and more.
Of course, you can specify which files you wish to search for and what really should be deleted.
To start Disk Cleaner, go into the Clean category and click Disk Cleaner:
Select the drives that you want to search for useless files by checking them. Then click Next.

Choose which file types should be searched.Click Select All to select all file types to choose. After
selecting the file types, click Next.

Now file search have started. You can see how many files have been found.

Here you can see found files divided into respective categories. Select in each category which files
should be deleted by clicking Show details button. If you want to delete all the files in a category, simply
select that category.
After you have made your selection, click Next to continue.

Now you will receive an overall result of all selected files to delete, and the resulting recoverable disk
space. Now click on Next to delete these files.

Now you can see the file deletion progress.

After deletion process is finished, you can see a report of deleted files and recovered space. Some files
could not be deleted because are used by some application. To close Disk Cleaner, click Close button.
4.2
Registry Cleaner
Use the Registry Cleaner to remove unnecessary and invalid registry entries. You can check for the
following registry entries: Help files, Fonts, Shortcuts, Startup, Start Menu, Shared files, Application
Paths, File Associations, History records, Sound Files, COM & ActiveX entries.
To start Registry Cleaner, go into the Clean category and click Registry Cleaner:

Select the scan mode. Click Complete scan to scan for all entry types. If you want to individually select
which registry entries to scan, then select Custom scan. Then click Next.

If you chose Custom scan, select registry entries to be checked and click Next to start scan.

Now invalid registry entries search have started. You can see how many entries have been found.

Here you can see found registry entries divided into respective categories. Select in each category which
entries should be deleted by clicking Show details button. If you want to delete all the files in a category,
simply select that category.
After you have made your selection, click Next to continue.

Now you will receive an overall result of selected registry entries to delete and the total count of found
registry entries. Now click on Next to delete these entries.

Now you can see the invalid entries cleaning progress.

The cleaning process is now complete. Through the clean of the Registry, other invalid entries can be
generated. Click on Perform new scan to make a new scan with previous settings. To close Registry
Cleaner click Close.
4.3
Shredder
Do you have files that contain important information and should be deleted? Then you should not simply
delete them to Recycle Bin! Because these data may be restore by the other users of your computer.
You can delete files and folder, safe and unrecoverable, using Shredder application and nobody can
recover them using data recovery software.
To start Shredder, go into the Clean category and click Shredder:

First, select whether you want to delete, files, folders or the contents of the Recycle Bin, and click Next.

Click on Add file and select the files you want to secure delete. You can remove a file from the list by
clicking Remove file button. To remove all files from the list click Remove all files. When file selection is
completed click Next.

Proceed as with the deletion of files, only files you can now select a folder. Note that when you delete
the entire folder contents of the selected folder with irretrievably destroyed.
Click on Add folder and select the folders you want to secure delete. You can remove a folder from the
list by clicking Remove folder button. To remove all folders from the list click Remove all folders. When
folder selection is completed click Next.

You will see the Recycle Bin status with total file count and occupied disk space. To see the content
click on View Recycle Bin content. To start Recycle Bin content secure erase, click Next.

Now select the method by which the files are deleted. The highest erase method will take longer but it
make sure that the content can't be recovered. The safest method is the Peter Gutmann method. In
order to erase file allocated free space select Delete allocated free space. Also you can choose to
scramble the file name in order to make it harder to find and recover. For this select Overwrite file name.
To start the erase process click Next.

Now the secure deletion started and you can see the progress.

Now deletion process is completed. Click Close to close Shredder.
4.4
Disk Wipe
Did you simply deleted files with important information? Anyone can see them by using file recovery
software.To make sure that your confidential information are gone forever you should secure erase your
hard disk free space, using Disk Wipe application and nobody can recover them using data recovery
software.
To start Disk Wipe, go into the Clean category and click Disk Wipe:

Select disk drives that you want to secure erase.

Now select the method by which the free space is erased. The highest erase method will take longer but
it make sure that the content can't be recovered. The safest method is the Peter Gutmann method. To
start the erase process click Next.

You will see now the progress of free space erase with current write speed and remaining time.

In this category you will find all security tools from Bodrag Utilities 2009 designed to protect your
privacy, your applications against access by unauthorized users, your data and your system.

5.1
Startup Security
Many applications launch automatically when Windows start without asking for your permission. With
Startup Security you can monitor all startup applications and you can choose which are allowed and
which should be blocked.
To start Startup Security, go into the Protection category and click Startup Security:

In the list you see all applications which start with Windows. To block an application, select the entry
from the list and click on Block. To allow an application again, select the blocked application from the
list and then click Accept.
To remove an application from the list, select it and then click Delete.
When a new application will try to add itself to start with Windows, you will see the following window with
information about it in the bottom right corner of the desktop:

Click Accept or Block in order to allow or block it from launch when Windows is started.
5.2
Computer Security
How important is your privacy? While surfing the Internet, for example, content of web pages in stored in
the browser cache. Also cookies, browsing history, passwords are stored on your computer for later
use. Windows stores links to recent used documents and applications, temporary files that may contain
confidential information.
Would you like to destroy all these traces? Computer Security tool from Bodrag Utilities 2009 is the
right choice for you.
To start Computer Security, go into the Protection category and click Computer Security:

Click Next to start traces clean.

Here you can select which traces you want to clean. There are three tabs with which you can individually
select which tracks should be deleted. To select all options from the current tab click Select all.
Similarly, you can unselect all options clicking on Select none. When your selection is finished click
Next.

Click on Cookie manager to choose cookies that should not to be deleted when you select Delete
cookies.

Choose from the left list cookies that you want to keep and then click Add. To remove a cookie from the
list of remaining cookies, select it and click Remove. In order to keep all cookies, click Add all. To
remove all the cookies from the list of remaining cookies, click Remove all.

applications click Next.

5.3
EXE Protector
If your computer is used by several people and there are applications that you want to restrict to be used
by foreign users, then EXE Protector will help you to do so. With EXE Protector you can protect any
application with a password, and that application can run only when entering the correct password.
To start EXE Protector, go into the Protection category and click EXE Protector:

Lock an application
In order to protect an application, select Lock executable file then click Next.

Click Browse to select the application executable file. Then enter the password in the password field and
confirm. Then click Next.

The application is now password protected. To close EXE Protector click Close.
Unlock an application
In order to remove password protection form an application, select Unlock executable file and click Next.

Click Browse and select the protected application executable file. Then enter the password in the
password field. Click Next.

Now the password protection of the application is removed. To close EXE Protector click Close.
5.4
Spyware Protector
Spyware, adware, browser hijackers, and dialers are some of the most annoying and dangerous threats
on the Internet today. By simply browsing a web page, you could find your computer infected by one of
these unwanted fiends! Spyware Protector can help you to keep your system secure. But, unlike other
programs, Spyware Protector does not scan your system for spyware. It will secure your system in order
to protect it to be infected when you visit webpages.
To start Spyware Protector, go into the Protection category and click Spyware Protector:

In the Overview section you can see general status of your computer protection. To protect your system,
select one category from the left side.

Here you can see a list with dangerous webpages. To protect your system by all these pages click
Select all. If you want to restrict access only to some entries, select them using the check boxes.
When selection is complete click on Protect now! and your system become secured.
5.5
Registry Backup
The registry file is an important component of your system. If it is destroyed, your operating system will
run with errors or in the worst case, it will no longer run. To prevent this, we recommend to backup your
registry records. Basically, you should do it prior to any registry change. With Registry Backup you can
create registry backups and restore them.
To start Registry Backup, go into the Protection category and click Registry Backup:

To take a backup of the registry, click Backup button. You can add a comment for each backup file. The
backup of the registry will be created and included in the list of created backups.
Restore Backup
To restore registry to a previous state from a backup file, select it from the list of created backups and
click on Restore button.
Delete Backup
If you want to delete a backup from the list of created backups, select it and click Delete button.

In this category you will find all tools from Bodrag Utilities 2009 designed to help you to repair and fix
Windows problems and errors.

Process Manager
Do you know exactly what applications are currently running on your system? With Process Manager
from Bodrag Utilities 2009 you get now all needed details. It displays all running applications, all
processes and their memory requirements and computer performance graphics.
To start Process Manager, go into the Fix & Repair category and click Process Manager:
Process Manager is built on three tabs:

Here you can see a list of the running programs on your computer. To switch to an application from the
list, select it and click Switch to. Also you can close an application by clicking on Close application.
Processes

In this tab you can see all running processes on your system. Selecting an entry, you can see process
details on the bottom.
Right click on an entry and a popup menu will appear with the following options:
Terminate process
This option will terminate the selected process immediately. Please note that some process are required
by Windows in order to work stable.
Set priority
With this entry you can change the current process priority.
Open file location
Click this entry to open the folder where process file is located in Windows Explorer.

File properties
This will display the file properties of the corresponding process file.
Search for file with Google
Click this entry to search for selected process file on Google. Thus you can use Google to get more
information about the selected process.
Process details
This will open a new window with more details on the selected process. Also you can see a list with DLL
modules used by the selected process.

6.2
Startup Manager
Many applications launch automatically when Windows start. Some of them are required, for example to
provide you with important functions such as your virus scanner. Others are useless or even dangerous
applications that also start together with your system. Any new application that is added to Windows
startup will make your system to start more slowly and have less free memory.
With the Startup Manager from Bodrag Utilities 2009 you can now manage applications that launch on
Windows startup.
To start Startup Manager, go into the Fix & Repair category and click Startup Manager:

Here you can see all applications that start on Windows startup. In the left pane you can see the
categories of startup applications. Select one of them to get a list of startup entries.
You can simply enable or disable them using check boxes.
By clicking the right mouse button on an entry you will see a popup menu with additional functions:
Enable/Disable entry
This option will enable or disable selected startup entry.
Delete entry
Click this option to completely delete the startup entry.
Launch application
This option will launch application associated with startup entry.
Open file location
Click this option to open the folder where startup application file is located in Windows Explorer.
Search for file with Google
Click this option to search for selected startup application file on Google. Thus you can use Google to
get more information about the selected entry.

This will display the file properties of the corresponding startup application file.
Details
This will open a new window with more details on the selected entry.
6.3
Service Manager
You have installed applications that run as service and you want to stop it? Or you want to change the
way it start? You can use Service Manager to make all these and also to get details about each
installed service on your system.
To start Service Manager, go into the Fix & Repair category and click Service Manager:

You will see a list of all installed services on your computer.
Select one service from the list in order to see details about it.
Start a service
Select the stopped service from the list an right click on it. From the popup menu click an Start service.
Stop a service
Select the running service from the list an right click on it. From the popup menu click an Stop service.
Change service startup
Select the service from the list an right click on it. From the popup menu click an Startup type and
select how you want to start (automatic, manual or disabled).

Uninstaller
During the use of your computer you will install some applications. If you don't need an application
anymore, you can uninstall it and clean it from your system. Also, you can edit uninstall entries for your
applications and see which applications have invalid uninstall entries.
To start Uninstaller, go into the Fix & Repair category and click Uninstaller:
Edit an entry
To edit an entry, first select it from the list and right-click on it. A popup menu will appear and click
Properties.

In the new dialog you can see and change entry details. However, you should have experience with the
computer before you make changes here. Incorrect values in the command line can cause the uninstall
application to not start. To save changes click OK, or Cancel to discard them.
Remove Entry
If you would like to remove an entry from the list of installed applications (e.g. if the application is no
longer installed on your system and the entry was not removed or the entry is shown as invalid), then
select the entry and click Remove entry. However, you should have experience with the computer before
you make changes here. If you remove an entry and application is still installed on your system, you
will not be able to uninstall it.
Uninstall application
In order to uninstall an application, select it from the list and then click Uninstall. Follow the uninstall
routine of the application.
Refresh
To refresh the list of installed applications (e.g. if you have uninstalled some applications) click on
Refresh button.

ther is no longer a secret for you! You can get detailed information about your entire system.
To start System Information, go into the Other Tools category and click System Information:

Do you like default icons of Windows? Would you prefer different icons for your files & folders? Then you
can use Windows Styler from Bodrag Utilities 2009 to make these changes.
To start Windows Styler, go into the Other Tools category and click Windows Styler:
Windows Styler is built on ten categories:
Desktop icons
Here you can change icons for common Windows desktop icons like Recycle Bin and Computer.
Start Menu icons
Here you can change icons for common Start Menu entries.
Control Panel icons
Here you can change icons for common Control Panel items.
Drive icons
Here you can change icons for common drive types icons.

Here you can change icons for common Folder categories like Music, Pictures and Documents.
File icons
Here you can change icons for common file types.
Other icons
Here you can change icons for other system icons.
To change icon, select it from the list and click Change ... button. Select the new one from the dialog
that will be displayed.
If you want to pick an icon from another file or library click on Browse button. You can select *. dll, *. exe
or *. ico files. If you found the right icon, click OK and the new icon will be selected.
To reset an icon to Windows default click on Reset button.
To reset all icons from the current category to Windows default click on Reset category button..
To apply all changes you have made to current category click on Apply button.

In this category you can change icons for each folder on your computer. In Windows XP you can also
change folder tooltip and wallpaper. In order to get these changes applied you should restart Windows.
Icon settings

Here you can change the spacing between desktop icons. Also you can choose to display or not the
shortcut arrow. For Windows XP you can set the size of the desktop icons from 16x16 to 256x256.
To apply you settings click on Apply button. To reset them to Windows default, click on Default button.
Repair icons
If your computer icons are incorrect displayed click on Repair Icon Cache button. Also if your computer
icons are not displayed click on Refresh icons button. In order to apply you should restart Windows.

Wallpaper Changer
You might have lots of beautiful pictures on your computer that can make your desktop look awesome,
but you have to manually change your wallpaper. Bring life to your desktop with Wallpaper Changer from
Bodrag Utilities 2009. It changes your desktop wallpaper automatically. Of course, you select which
background images should be displayed.
To start Wallpaper Changer, go into the Other Tools category and click Wallpaper Changer:

Wallpaper Changer supports following image formats: BMP, JPEG, GIF and PNG.
To add image files to the list click on + button. You will see a popup menu with two options. Add
wallpapers allow you to select image files that will be added to list. Add wallpapers from folder will add
all supported images from a specified folder.
To remove files from the list click on - button. You will see a popup menu with two options. Click Delete
selected image from the list to remove selected image from the list. To remove all images from the list
click Delete all images from the list.
To change the order of images from the list you can use the up/down arrow buttons.
Options
Wallpaper change interval
Here you can set the time interval on which the desktop wallpaper should be changed.

Wallpaper style
With this option you specify how the background images should be displayed on the desktop.
Desktop Color
Here you can set the color of the desktop background. If you have selected an image that doesn't fit the
entire desktop, the selected color will be displayed around it.
Change wallpaper randomly
With this option the background image is changed in a random order.

Auto Shutdown
This application let your computer automatically shutdown. This is especially useful if you run an
application with a task, that will take a long time to run, and you don't have the time to stand and wait
until you can shut down the computer.
Instead of shutting down the computer, you can also choose to restart, logo off, go in standby mode or
hibernate.
To start Auto Shutdown, go into the Other Tools category and click Auto Shutdown:

Here you can choose the action that should occur. You can select from shut down, log off, restart,
standby or hibernate.
Also you can set when selected action should occur. Select Shutdown in to apply action after a
specified time interval or Shutdown at to apply it at a specified time and day. Click Apply Settings to
apply settings.
To activate automatic shutdown, click Enable.
Hot keys
Here you can assign a hot key for each action (shutdown, restart, log off, standby and hibernate).
To activate use of hot keys select Enable hot keys. Also you can select to confirm each hot key action
by selecting Confirm hot key action.
Settings
With the Settings tab, you can save different settings for automatic shut down to enable or disable.

Show warning balloon before execute action
Set this if you want to see a balloon message on the notification area (icon tray) before an action
execution.
Show remaining time as tray icon tooltip
Set this to display the remaining time until the action execution as a tooltip of the tray icon.
Sound alarm
This will enable a sound alarm when a action is executed in Auto Shutdown.
Show warning
Will ask user if he want to execute the action when it occurs.
Menu Options
Here you can set which actions should be available on the popup menu of the Auto Shutdown tray icon.

Tweaker
If you wan to customize your system settings, Tweaker is the perfect choice.In this way, you can make
the operating system more effective and tailored to meet your needs.
To start Tweaker, go into the Other Tools category and click Tweaker:

Tweaker options are arranged in several categories. Please note that some settings will be applied after
the restart of Windows!
Select the options you want to change on each category. To apply them you have to click on Apply
button.
On each category you have to option to restore settings to Windows defaults. For this you have to click
on Default settings button. After you have restored all settings that you want to Windows default, click
Apply to set them.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BODRAG SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: Be sure to carefully read and understand all of the rights and
restrictions described in this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). You will be asked to review and
either accept or not accept the terms of the EULA. This software will not install on your computer unless
or until you accept the terms of this EULA.
Your click of the "I accept the agreement" button is a symbol of your signature that you accept the
terms of the EULA. For your reference, you may refer to the copy of this EULA that can be found in the
Help for this SOFTWARE.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BODRAG
("Bodrag") for the Bodrag Utilities 2009 software accompanying this EULA, which includes the
accompanying computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials and any
"online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By installing the SOFTWARE, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not install or
use the SOFTWARE.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
· Software - You may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of
the SOFTWARE, on up to 3 computers, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, pager, "smart phone," or
other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER") used by the same person.
· Storage/Network Use - You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage device,
such as a network server, used only to RUN the SOFTWARE on your other COMPUTERS over an
internal network.
· Reservation of Rights - All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Bodrag.
· Accessing Services Using the SOFTWARE - Your use of any service accessible using the
SOFTWARE is not covered by this EULA and may be governed by separate terms of use, conditions or
notices.
2. RESTRICTIONS.
· You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE.
· Limitations of Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer,
decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
· Rental. You may not rent or lease or lend the SOFTWARE.
· Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA one time,
provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE (including all component parts, the

media and printed materials, any upgrades, this EULA and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity),
you do not receive any payment or other compensation for transferring the SOFTWARE and the recipient
agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the SOFTWARE portion is an upgrade, any transfer must include all
prior versions of the SOFTWARE.
· Support Services. Bodrag may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE
("Support Services"), in its discretion. Use of Support Services, if any, is governed by the Bodrag
policies and programs described in the user manual, in "online" documentation, and/or other Bodragprovided materials. Any supplemental software code provided to you as a part of Support Services shall
be considered part of the SOFTWARE and subject to the terms of this EULA. With respect to technical
information you provide to Bodrag as part of the Support Services, Bodrag may use such information for
its business purposes, including for product support and development. Bodrag will not utilize such
technical information in a form that personally identifies you except to the extent necessary to provide
you with support.
· Replacement, Modification and Upgrade of the Software. Bodrag reserves the right to replace, modify
or upgrade the SOFTWARE at any time by offering you a replacement or modified version of the
SOFTWARE or such upgrade and to charge for such replacement, modification or upgrade. Any such
replacement or modified software code or upgrade to the SOFTWARE offered to you by Bodrag shall be
considered part of the SOFTWARE and subject to the terms of this EULA (unless this EULA is
superceded by a further EULA accompanying such replacement or modified version of or upgrade to the
SOFTWARE). In the event that Bodrag offers a replacement or modified version of or any upgrade to the
SOFTWARE, (a) your continued use of the SOFTWARE is conditioned on your acceptance of such
replacement or modified version of or upgrade to the SOFTWARE and any accompanying superceding
EULA and (b) in the case of the replacement or modified SOFTWARE, your use of all prior versions of
the SOFTWARE is terminated.
3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Bodrag may terminate this EULA if you fail to
comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. Bodrag may terminate this EULA by offering you a
superceding EULA for the SOFTWARE or any replacement or modified version of or upgrade to the
SOFTWARE and conditioning your continued use of the SOFTWARE or such replacement, modified or
upgraded version on your acceptance of such superceding EULA. In addition, Bodrag may terminate this
EULA by notifying you that your continued use of the SOFTWARE is prohibited. In the event that Bodrag
terminates this EULA, you must immediately stop using the SOFTWARE and destroy all copies of the
SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.
4. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any
images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets," incorporated into the
SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE, are owned by
the respective content owner. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be
accessed through use of the SOFTWARE is the property of the respective content owner and may be
protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you
no rights to use such content. If this SOFTWARE contains documentation which is provided only in
electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed
materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. BODRAG AND ITS SUPPLIERS PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE "AS
IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS,
EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY (IF ANY)
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OF LACK OF VIRUSES, AND OF LACK OF NEGLIGENCE OR LACK OF WORKMANLIKE

DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS

RELATED TO ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE. If you do not wish to accept
the SOFTWARE under the terms of this EULA, do not install the SOFTWARE.
8. LAW AND FORUM. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
in force from time to time in the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia and in
the event of any claim or dispute arising in relation to this agreement the State and Federal Courts
sitting in the State of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine the claim
or dispute.
