Welcome to the Twenty-First Annual Auction of Goods and
Services sponsored by and for the benefit of the Clifton Park
Nursery School, better known as “The Little Red Schoolhouse.”
With over 50 years serving our community, the objective behind its
operation remains the same: a place for children to explore, learn, and
socialize through the education and guidance of family and friends.
Clifton Park Nursery School remains in operation from fundraising
events, such as this auction, and tuition payments. Any financial
support given to our school is greatly appreciated.
The success of our Annual Auction is attributed primarily to the
generosity of the families of our school and the local business
community. Our heartfelt thanks are extended to everyone who
donated an item, service, time, money, effort, ideas, creativity and
moral support. We all have different demands on our time and our
own level of comfort. Generosity is not only measured by the quantity
or value of the goods that are auctioned today … it is measured in the
dedication of volunteers willing to give of themselves to make this
event successful. Your contributions have enabled the Clifton Park
Nursery School to thrive and flourish in our community.

RULES OF THE EVENING
We will have a preview of items beginning at 4:00 pm. The Live Auction will
begin at 5:00 pm with a brief intermission at approximately 6:00 pm. The
Silent Auction will begin during the preview at 4:00 pm and close at the end
of the Live Auction intermission (by 6:30 pm).
All items have been donated to the auction and are sold by the Clifton Park
Nursery School. No warranties are made with respect to the value or quality
of the merchandise or services. All sales are “as is.”
BIDDING
A bid is construed as a legal agreement to purchase the listed item(s)
at the amount indicated. All bidders must be 18 years of age or
above.
Paddles required for bidding are included with the purchase of your
ticket.
Minimum increments for the live auction will be at the discretion of the
auctioneer. Minimum increment for the silent auction will be $1.
The auctioneers will be in charge of the auction proceedings and will
announce such rules as they apply; their decisions and those of the
Executive Board will be final.
If any item is passed, it may be brought back at the conclusion of the
auction.
PAYMENT
All sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds are permitted.
Everything is sold “as is.”
Please read the specifications and
limitations carefully.
Payment in full, by cash, check or credit card, must be made no later
than the completion of the auction. To pay by check, please provide
your phone number, address, and one form of identification (i.e.
driver’s license). Make all checks payable to: Clifton Park Nursery
School.
Successful bidders will take all items away this evening unless
otherwise noted. Gift certificates and items may be picked up from
the cashier after payment has been made.
In the event of a dispute, the Executive Board will render the final
decision and determine the winner.
If any donations have been attributed to the wrong families, please accept
our most sincere apologies. The time and effort of each family has been
acknowledged and will positively affect our children’s education, growth, and
enjoyment of their first experience with school.
