The flooring is teak and holley and comes up easily to access the bilges. The interior is trimmed in teak with a white headliner with deck prisms. 12 volt warm led lights fixtures throughout. The high standard fit and finish of the vessel's interior is what you would expect from Baltic Yachts. The owners stateroom aft has a centerline double berth with a settee on the port side and a desk with a vanity mirror on the starboard side. There is a hatch and ladder from the aft deck that leads to the aft cabin. There is a private head with an ensuite shower, sink, and a Jabsco toliet. Forward and to port is a three quarter berth stateroom with doors that lead from the aft cabin to the galley. There is another two bunk stateroom opposite on the starboard side. The salon has a very large dinette to port with a beautiful teak table with 2 leaves that opens up to persons sitting in the opposite sette.This table could become a confortable double bed, once pulled down. The upholstery is a blue strong cotton. Aft of the salon is a galley to port and a navv station to starboad. The galley is furnished with a 3 burner propane stove and oven and an insulated ice boxes that is equipped with a sea frost engine driven cold plates. A generous double stainless steel sink is located more to centerline and is set up with hot/cold pressure water and manual fresh or salt water. The navv station is to starboard. Forward is the berth 4 stateroom with a curtain for privacy and a head with a Jabsco toilet, sink and ensuite shower. The batteries are located under the aft bunk. There is an additional engine start battery and generator start battery. The house bank is charged by a 115amp/12 volt engine driven alternator or by a 60 amp AC battery charger when plugged into shore power. The shore power system is 220 volt AC service with a shore power cord. Additionally, there is a 800 Watt Heart Inverter that provides 220 AC power to the ships 220 AC outlets. Deck In 2007 new teak decks were installed and new awlgrip on all the hull. The rigging is SS rod rigging checked in 2013 and changed the verticals. The forward cockpit companionway is protected by Dodger. There is a complete set of cockpit cushions and a teak cockpit table. Reefing lines are led back to the forward cockpit and there is a set of Barient 737 Primaries for the jib sheets and separate winches for running backs. There is a Harken traveler with 2 Harken 32 self tailing winches for tending the traveler. The ridgid boom vang , back stay main foot outhaul tensioner and centerboard pull up are controlled by Nav Tec Hydraulics with the controls in the aft cockpit. The head sail is furled with a Rechman roller furler and there is a spinnaker pole mounted on the mast. Sail inventory includes a 130% working genoa carbo (2013), 130% genoa (2007), a full battened triple reefed main sail Dynema (2013), 4 spinnakers (different sizes), and a staysail. In the below deck anchor locker is a Lofrans electric anchor windlass. Ground tackle includes a 40kg DELTA with 100 meters of chain.
