ALUMNI VISITING: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18
Alumni from the classes of 2013 and 2014 will be joining us next Wednesday morning,
March 18. Their day will begin with school meeting in the new Community Building (a
first visit for most) followed by time in the classrooms, an art project with Dita and a
pizza lunch with faculty and administrators. Please welcome them back to CSS!
6TH GRADE AND K/1 COLLABORATION
Yesterday the 6th graders shared their straw building expertise with their K/1 buddies to build
geometric shapes together. Primarily in need of haxagons to construct a giant spiderweb for the
rainforest in their classroom, K/1 counted by twos to figure out how many straw were needed
for each shape. They all had a great time and can't wait to see the hexagonal web!
