The 2010 Real Estate Market in Saluda, NC This report has been prepared for the citizens of Saluda to provide information market in Saluda. about the real estate Saluda citizens know that Saluda is a unique gem nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is a best-kept secret. It is not our intent to analyze the data or make conclusions. We will leave that up to you. You will see that although there is a 10% increase in sales of single-family residential homes there is a decrease of S% in total sales volume and that the average sell price has decreased by 14%. The most activity of residential sales was properties under $200,000 representing more than 52% of the total sales. Land and lot sales are down again this year with a 33% decrease compared to 2009. Saluda real estate brokers are credited for representing 64% of all residential properties sold in Saluda while 36% were represented by Hendersonville and Tryon brokers.
