Valance is 3 1/4”Fauxwood Decorative Valance. Color coordinated PVC – passes 500 Hour UV rated & NFPA 701 Fire retardant test.
Slats are color coordinated 2”PVC. 2.0”x 2.28mm thick – passes 500 Hour UV rated & NFPA 701 Fire retardant test.
Bottomrail is 2”Fauxwood Solid Trapezoid Bottomrail. Color coordinated PVC 500mm width x 15mm height – passes 500 Hour UV rated &
NFPA 701 Fire retardant test.
Headrail is heavy duty high profile steel. 2” height x 2 ¼” width with U shaped rolled edges treated with iron phosphate to resist corrosion.
Tilt Rod is heavy duty square Aluminum rod 6.2mm x 6.2mm.
Bottomrail Buttons are clear plastic to attach the cord and ladders to the bottomrail for a clean finished appearance.
Ladders are color coordinated braided polyester ladders, 54mm cable x 44mm rung spacing for a straight support for the slats to lie evenly
across.
Lift Cords are color coordinated durable polyester 1.8mm – Tensile 100lbs.
Safety Device Cords are color coordinated 2.0mm thick cord below safety device for added beauty to the blinds.
Breakaway Tassels are ANSI Standard color coordinated breakaway safety devices passing ANSI/WCMA 5.2.4.
Tassels are color coordinated Wood tassels attached to the end of the cord tilt cord and also one tassel attached to the 2.0mm lift cord for a
clean finished look of the blind.
Top Slat Clip is clear plastic attached to the top slat to guide slats for a tighter closure.
Tape Drum Support is constructed of engineered grade plastic to ensure smooth rotation of tilt rod – stainless steel roller pins to ensure
smooth lifting.
Tape Drums are made of Galvanized steel which securely attaches braided ladders.
Cordlock is a heavy duty crash proof & smooth release cordlock. Sheet steel and Nylon 6 + 30% fiberglass.
Cord Tilter is heavy duty with cover for no slip cord loop malfunctions – Poly Acetac Resin (POM) and Zinc 3M.
End Stiffeners are components snapped in for a tight alignment.
Warning Tags & Warning Labels are the ANSI Standard. Safety Tag attached to the lift cords & ANSI Standard Label attached to the
bottomrail for safety instruction passing ANSI/WCMA 5.2.4
Valance Clips are plastic hidden valance clips.
Center Supports are heavy duty metal center supports for the center of the headrail for even support of the steel headrail – galvanized steel
center support brackets supplied for blinds over 60”wide.
Installation Brackets are heavy duty metal installation brackets that are phosphate treated steel with a polyester primer & polyester/baked
enamel finished coat to match headrail.
