GOAL OF PROTOCOL
• GOAL: Switch on transporter proteins to a Phase Three response
for both serotonin and dopamine at the same time
• Analyzing the Three Phase Response tells you where you are in
relation to the goal:
• Phase One response – Neurotransmitters are being dumped
into urine, reuptake ports closed
• Phase Two response - Synapse saturated with
neurotransmitters, reuptake port partially open
• PHASE THREE RESPONSE: Reuptake ports are wide open,
neuron saturated with neurotransmitters, need to adjust
patient to be in optimum range of Phase Three
