Riva Ariston (1966 Build year)
A 1966 Ariston, hull number 730, with 185hp Chris Craft engine and ready for restoration.
The boat has been dry stored in Spain for a
number of years. No rot is present and the
timbers are in good condition. It has been
left stripped ready for varnish and oil has
been reintroduced to the wood help keep
the grain fat.
The planked decking sections on the front
and rear hatches needs to be replaced.
There are two working repairs to the hull
which have been left stripped internally for
survey. The shots show the boat recently
oiled to indicate what it would be like with a
varnished finish.

The Chris Craft 185hp engine is second hand but in working order. All chrome parts are
present but need to be re-chromed. All dials and buttons are present. The air horn is in 'as new', condition having been reconditioned in Italy. I would recommend the same to be done for all the dials. The hood, with chrome frame, and seats need recovering.
The trailer has new tyres, bearings and braking system and is included in the sale.
