Digitel maintains a supply of geographical and national phone numbers from more than 50 countries and 4,000 cities for direct inward dialing (DID). Incoming voice calls, faxes and text messages to Local numbers are collected from local fixed or mobile telephone networks around the world and are converted to VoIP (SIP) by Digitel’s gateway. This service is available on geographical numbers (Local Hotline number) and local toll-‐free numbers. 4 HOTLINE CALLBACK SOLUTION CallBack feature combined with Hotline number will allow customers to make calls to Client globally at free of charge. The Hotline Callback works in the following basic manner: -‐ Step 1: Customers make calls to Hotline number from their phone. -‐ Step 2: The hotline system receiving calls from customer will react in one of two ways (depend on your choice): o Playing an automatic greeting to customers, e.g. “Thank you for contacting us! Your call will be interrupted and our customer representative will call you back immediately!” and the calls will be interrupted automatically. By this way, customers will be charged a little cost of making call for listening the greeting. o Or in another way, the customer calls will be interrupted immediately without greeting so that customer will not bear any phone cost. -‐ Step 3: Right after interrupting the customer call, hotline system will automatically initiate a new call from your sales phone to customer phone number. This procedure will perform automatically and transparently to your sales as well as customers. 5 WEB CALLBACK SOLUTION Suppose your company sells products and services worldwide and you host a web site. An American or international consumer, visiting your site, wants more specific information or needs to have question answered. The Web Callback works in two basic steps as following: -‐ Step 1: Customer are required to enter their phone number in the website and clicks a button. -‐ Step 2: The link immediately triggers a call to a specific phone number at your company. Your sales or customer service representative answers, and the service informs them that they are being connected to a web site visitor.
